Terrible....I have gone back to this place at least 3 times (mostly because it's close to home so convenient) and after another disappointing and frustrating experience I will never go back. Below average quality in work and just rude staff.

RUDE, ARROGANT, DISRESPECTFUL, TERRIBLE ENGLISH SKILLS, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL........... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!!! I THOUGHT BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSE TO HOME AND CONVENIENT I KEPT GOING THERE FOR OVER 2 YERAS BUT NOW I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN TO GET MY NAILS DONE. I WILL NOW TRAVEL AN EXTRA 4 MINS DOWN THE ROAD AS THE LADIES THERE WERE THE TOATL OPPOSITE. I was with my daughter a couple weeks ago to have some mother daughter time together and was asked to come back in 15 mins so we did only to see when we came back they had seated another 3 customers and we again had to wait and were not able to sit near each other! LOL!! On so many occasions I witnessed them talking about other customers in their language that had walked in and laughing to each other after the customer had asked a question OMG really??? Absolutely pathetic I hope they close down! All I can say is STAY AWAY, you deserve better than the service they give.

The worst customer service ever, worst service too you have to tell them every detail otherwise you get a very bad job which is not fair with their prices

such a painful experience from getting my nails done here. Literally 7/10 of my fingers are sore from them over filing and constantly rubbing on the skin. Not only that they stuff were so rude to us when we ask them a question but dirty watching them past equipments around and using it on other clients before cleaning or sanitising it. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED unless you want a skin infection

Great experience for the price. I got a full set today and was worried that it wouldn't be good quality because of previous reviews but I was not disappointed. The staff were lovely and made me feel welcome. I paid $45 for my full set with shellac and will definitely be coming back!

Very rude customer service no hygiene
While my spa pedicure the machine to help buff nails was placed on the corner of the basin and when the lady left the machine fell in the basin! If the machine was on it could have potentially be very serious but the lady didnt show any apologetic gesture, instead carried on talking to her colleagues from across the room!
Then she had the courage to tell me to pick another colour because the one I picked worn suit my skin colour... professional opinion would have been something I would consider but she was so rude about it I just had to leave that place and surely will never go there ago. Horrible experience.

The workers were really blunt and rude during and after my service (Arcylic Nails) the ending result of my nails was poor. Many other good nail salons near by.

Pathetic! Asked for a Mani and Pedi combo. Only to receive anything but. When disputing at the counter after choking on the price - I was told i was not given the service I asked for because I had not...
Pathetic! Asked for a Mani and Pedi combo. Only to receive anything but. When disputing at the counter after choking on the price - I was told i was not given the service I asked for because I had not had my cuticles cut or massaged. I was told if I wanted a mani i would need to pay extra.. Even the pedi was a joke with me needing to ask the lady to cut my toenails. I will not go back, nor will I refer anyone there again!

Will never go back there again. 2 hours for a refill of sns that look like a xhild applied. Very interested to see their qualifications. The colour i choose was also not the color i got.

such a painful experience from getting my nails done here. Literally 7/10 of my fingers are sore from them over filing and constantly rubbing on the skin. Great experience for the price. I got a full set today and was worried that it wouldn't be good quality because of previous reviews but I was not disappointed. The staff were lovely and made me feel welcome. I paid $45 for my full set with shellac and will definitely be coming back!

While my spa pedicure the machine to help buff nails was placed on the corner of the basin and when the lady left the machine fell in the basin! If the machine was on it could have potentially be very serious but the lady didnt show any apologetic gesture, instead carried on talking to her colleagues from across the room!

Pathetic! Asked for a Mani and Pedi combo. Only to receive anything but. When disputing at the counter after choking on the price - I was told i was not given the service I asked for because I had not had my cuticles cut or massaged. I was told if I wanted a mani i would need to pay extra.. Even the pedi was a joke with me needing to ask the lady to cut my toenails. I will not go back, nor will I refer anyone there again!
