This is one of the best nail salon in Carnegie. I love to get my pedi mani done there. Staff are very friendly and skillful, beautiful color range I can choose. Definitely will come back again.

Lovely and clean place! They sterilize every single nail tools after used! Cheap in price but great quality!I go they every months, really good service! Love it!

Since the new owner has bought the salon, this place has gone to the dogs! Several times I have phoned to book an appointment with a particular girl, only to find upon arrival that she isn’t even ther...
Since the new owner has bought the salon, this place has gone to the dogs! Several times I have phoned to book an appointment with a particular girl, only to find upon arrival that she isn’t even there because the person that answered the phone doesn’t speak English! Many times the girls have done a terrible job on my nails and when I go in and have them fixed the owner tried to charge me $10, for their mistake. So many little things about running a business and basic customer service that they do not understand. AVOID!!!

Worst Nail experience I have ever had. So bad I stopped them after 5 mins and left. Utensils and salon was dirty, the ladies seemed to have no clue what they were doing! Such a shame- used to be a great Salon. Will never be returning.

An awesome nail salon ruined by the new owner who has no clue, ‘come back in 10 minutes’ -40 minutes later I’m still sitting in a que of women. She asks what you want but pays no attention. Staff nice...
An awesome nail salon ruined by the new owner who has no clue, ‘come back in 10 minutes’ -40 minutes later I’m still sitting in a que of women. She asks what you want but pays no attention. Staff nice. Owner hopeless. I’m sad to lose my local salon.

Took forever to come to us! Although me and my friends were younger than other customers and they treated us like crap and kept going to other people that just walked into the shop first! They did not just waste my time they also waste my money they did a poor job and didn't paint on my nails! NEVER GOING BACK THEY TREATED ME LIKE NOTHING

This nail salon was an absolute joke and wasted my friend and i's time and money. The lady basically pressured us to sit down and get our nails done. Which we were fine with until they rushed our coat...
This nail salon was an absolute joke and wasted my friend and i's time and money. The lady basically pressured us to sit down and get our nails done. Which we were fine with until they rushed our coats of polish and they bumped my friends nails which smudged and chipped and the lady accused her for doing it herself and didn't even fix it. They were really rough whilst handling our nails and didnt even take the time to file or cut our nails properly. When we went up to the counter to pay the lady said my eyebrows looked bad (just got them tinted and threaded) and told me she could do a better job for a cheaper price. Overall this experience was horrible and we will never ever return to this nail salon.

Cute little nail salon in Carnegie Central. I'm a fan of shellac manicures myself. Can get busy and service random but end result is good for a couple of weeks.
