Have not and will not be back.

Horrible customer service. I came to get my SNS nails fixed and they removed them which is not what I asked for then argued with me. All this after having to wait 10+ minutes to just be served. The place is unprofessionally run and decorated. Don’t waste your time.

Had a great first experience at Tokyo Nails today! After having the same nail lady for 7 years and moving interstate, I was a bit nervous about having someone new do my nails! The salon was spotless and all the staff were lovely! Sally took her time and made sure my nails were perfect Loved the huge colour selection and how organised everything was! Will definately be back soon for nails and toes and will become a long term customer! Thank you! X

I have been to this nail salon multiple times over the last few years and I've always been disappointed.My nails whether it was acrylics, shellac or SNS never lasted longer than a week and always left...
I have been to this nail salon multiple times over the last few years and I've always been disappointed.My nails whether it was acrylics, shellac or SNS never lasted longer than a week and always left my nails in awful condition when I got it taken off. When I pay $50 for my nails to be done, I expect it to last longer than 3 days. Not impressed at all

I have been to this nail salon multiple times over the last few years and I've always been disappointed.My nails whether it was acrylics, shellac or SNS never lasted longer than a week and always left my nails in awful condition when I got it taken off.
