I had the most outstanding customer service today by a lady named Kim. She will now be the only person to touch my nails and I will be telling everyone I know about Kim and her incredible customer service. I myself work in high end fashion and have been getting my nails done for years, due to this I know great service when I see it but Kim went above and beyond. I was amazed at the incredible customer service I received. I was mind blown when I found out she wasn’t even the manager and I truly believe this lady Kim should receive a promotion. She at least deserved an amazing review and I can’t thank her enough for making my trip to the nail salon so special. 5 stars!!

The staff are very friendly, but they often only have one staff member on at a time so not a great option if you have a friend with you or want a walk-in at lunchtime.
