Revolting! Dirty shop, seats are filthy with nail clippings on the arm rest. Lady rushed my manicure and pedicure, didn’t care at all! No welcome when I walked in - just pointed at a chair. Expensive!! STAY AWAY!!

Customer service wasn’t the best - walked in and said hello and was just stared at, I asked to get my sns removed and redone and was pointed to a chair then handed some colours without a word (bare in mind I was the only person in there apart from one other lady who was finishing up).
The result I got was average with residue all over my nails and bumps throughout the sns - not really worth the $45 without a manicure. Won’t be going back anytime soon

I went to get my nails done for my birthday and it was a very last minute decision but was the best decision I made all day. I got SNS with tips which cost me $45, the quality is amazing and the customer service was flawless, by far the best nail salon I've ever been to and I'm already planning when I'm going to book my next appointment with them.

Very rude customer service. Went in to get my shellac removed and they say they don't have time. Did not even suggest to book in a time or anything and just turn me away. Absolutely disgusted by the service and extremely unhappy!

I telephoned in advance to book so that my daughter and I could have manicures together to celebrate her milestone birthday (and her very first manicure ever). When we arrived there was only one spot...
I telephoned in advance to book so that my daughter and I could have manicures together to celebrate her milestone birthday (and her very first manicure ever). When we arrived there was only one spot at the jam-packed manicure nail bar. They started her manicure immediately and when I mentioned that we were supposed to have appointments together they said "Wait just a few moments please". After about 20 minutes (with me hovering nearby) they finished working on my daughter and asked if they could start on me now. I declined - the whole point was for us to enjoy this special occasion together :(
A timely reminder that you get what you pay for - in this case, an attitude of trying to squeeze as many people in the door with no regard to the customer's experience. No apology for not honouring our booking, and in fact a blatant lie that I would only have to wait a few minutes. To top it off, when I went to pay they were shirty that I didn't have cash.
All of this = a First World problem, but I left pretty disappointed that our special treat was not very special. I wouldn't go there again.

Had my nails done by An last Friday and loved it! I was turned onto this place by my sister and even though it is 40 minutes away from me, I don't go anywhere else now. I arrived late and he was still happy to do my nails and finished them on time! Nice workers and atmosphere and unlike other places, I am always, always happy with my nails. They're always thin, nice and well shaped exactly how I like them. I get SNS with extensions for $50, same as most places.

Literally the best nail bar I have been to. I have been going to Coco Nails in Camberwell now for over two years. The owner and his team always do a great job on my nails! I can't (and don't want to) go to any other nail place. When I have done because I was away in a different state I am always disappointed and usually need to go to Coco Nails to fix it. They are always super clean. I get pedicure, manicure and have been getting acrylic nails and just recently swapped to nail tips and SNS. Huge colour range. Just love!

Customer service wasn’t the best - walked in and said hello and was just stared at, I asked to get my sns removed and redone and was pointed to a chair then handed some colours without a word (bare in mind I was the only person in there apart from one other lady who was finishing up).
The result I got was average with residue all over my nails and bumps throughout the sns - not really worth the $45 without a manicure. Won’t be going back anytime soon

I went to get my nails done for my birthday and it was a very last minute decision but was the best decision I made all day. I got SNS with tips which cost me $45, the quality is amazing and the customer service was flawless, by far the best nail salon I've ever been to and I'm already planning when I'm going to book my next appointment with them.

Had my nails done by An last Friday and loved it! I was turned onto this place by my sister and even though it is 40 minutes away from me, I don't go anywhere else now. I arrived late and he was still happy to do my nails and finished them on time! Nice workers and atmosphere and unlike other places, I am always, always happy with my nails. They're always thin, nice and well shaped exactly how I like them. I get SNS with extensions for $50, same as most places.

Literally the best nail bar I have been to. I have been going to Coco Nails in Camberwell now for over two years. The owner and his team always do a great job on my nails! I can't (and don't want to) go to any other nail place. When I have done because I was away in a different state I am always disappointed and usually need to go to Coco Nails to fix it. They are always super clean. I get pedicure, manicure and have been getting acrylic nails and just recently swapped to nail tips and SNS. Huge colour range. Just love!
