My favourite salon in Melbourne. All the staff are lovely and friendly. I get my eyebrows done here and everytime they do an amazing job. Highly recommend!

Booked in for a pedicure for myself and a manicure for my friend. Confirmed for 11.20. Was shown a pedi chair to sit in. Realised after a few minutes no one was going to turn the spa bath on or the ma...
Booked in for a pedicure for myself and a manicure for my friend. Confirmed for 11.20. Was shown a pedi chair to sit in. Realised after a few minutes no one was going to turn the spa bath on or the massage chair. Tried to do it myself, which made loud beeping noises when ever i pressed the buttons, however no one came to help. After 20 mins of waiting i asked about the massage chair to which i was advised it was broken. I tried the chair next to me which worked and asked to be moved and was advised that the footbath was dirty with no offer or attempt to clean it. After 50 minutes of waiting my friends manicure was finished and an attempt was made to start my pedicure. I said no thankyou ive waited for 50 minutes for my pedicure i know i have an appointment. This is why i made a booking. Waisted 50 minutes of my life for a to soak my feet in cold water in a broken chair. Crap service, crap salon highly do not recommend

The best place in Melbourne. I couldn't be happier every time I get my nails done o every other kind of treatment in this place. The cordiality of all the girls and the guy is impressive and really makes you feel comfortable. Kim and Bek are just great! Love this place, I can definitely recommend it.

Please don't put yourself through it! This nail salon was quite good a couple of years ago - maybe there has been a change of ownership?I visited just a couple of days ago for a pedicure and shellac finish. There is no doubt in my mind that the young lady who performed the pedicure is not qualified. She filed back the cuticles with a buffer which resulted in torn skin and bleeding to most of my toes. I pointed out that this is not the correct method for dealing with cuticles and requested she stop. I am now applying antiseptic cream twice daily as there is redness and pain. Never, ever again!
