Went in to have SNS nails replaced, they put my fingers in a bowl for 30 mins whilst they started treatment on others. Had to rub and remove it myself and the whole thing was prolonged as they started...
Went in to have SNS nails replaced, they put my fingers in a bowl for 30 mins whilst they started treatment on others. Had to rub and remove it myself and the whole thing was prolonged as they started and completed other jobs with customers walking in after me in the process. When the girl finally got back to me she filed so hard on the angle into my nail bed... 4 of my fingers bled!! Still in agony! Telling me to relax whist i'm in pain? Talk about torture! Do not recommend and won't be going back.

The quality is ok but not super. It's not cheaper than other places. The staff are relatively friendly.

Stopped by to get my SNS taken off because it was close to home, cost me $15 to put my hands in a bowl for 10 mins and do all the work myself. Have had shellac done here before and it was terrible but...
Stopped by to get my SNS taken off because it was close to home, cost me $15 to put my hands in a bowl for 10 mins and do all the work myself. Have had shellac done here before and it was terrible but i definitely won't be returning now. Avoid.

I went in for a SPA Pedicure! I could have done a better job myself at home for free ! I went with my sister who got the service exactly 15 mins before I did but the lady giving me the spa pedicure finished a minute early from my sister and when I asked her if she forgot to do something she had the rudest stare which scared me and so I paid and left! I should have read the reviews first before going, my mistake! DO NOT GO HERE. IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY!

Had a pedicure where the nail polish flaked off within 12 hours, and an sns manicure that has cracks in it after 5 days when I've never had this issue at other nail salons - usually this will last me ...
Had a pedicure where the nail polish flaked off within 12 hours, and an sns manicure that has cracks in it after 5 days when I've never had this issue at other nail salons - usually this will last me up to three weeks and even then it'd be because it's grown out or lifting off, not cracking on top of my nail. Got my nails done especially for an event a week after the manicure and will have to go elsewhere and pay to have them totally redone because this one was so bad. Unacceptable and a total waste of money.
Terrible quality, won't be back.

9 times out of 10 it's a really good job - you just have to know the best girls for each job. Friendly staff and reasonable price.

RUDE!!! SHOCKING STAFF!! PRETTY SURE THEY ARE COLOUR BLIND ASWELL! I WOULD HARDLY CALL WHAT I GOT A MANICURE IF THIS IS HOW THEY LET ME LEAVE

Went in to have SNS nails replaced, they put my fingers in a bowl for 30 mins whilst they started treatment on others. Had to rub and remove it myself and the whole thing was prolonged as they started and completed other jobs with customers walking in after me in the process. Had a pedicure where the nail polish flaked off within 12 hours, and an sns manicure that has cracks in it after 5 days when I've never had this issue at other nail salons - usually this will last me up to three weeks and even then it'd be because it's grown out or lifting off, not cracking on top of my nail.
