I’m not usually one to write reviews, more specifically bad ones but I’m still livid. I’ve come in here multiple times & had great experiences, I came in the other day & completely different story. I came in with a friend who got a pedicure & I got nails & eyebrows done first of all I sat for at least 20 minutes waiting for someone to come over & start on me & in that time people that walked in after me had already been getting service. Once I finally get served i show a pho...to to show the COLOUR & SHAPE that I am after & what do I get in return? A laugh from 2 staff members. I said that I was looking to go longer than usual & was refused & just not listened to (which is pretty consistent with other visits as they never listen to the length I want but I just brush past it) during getting my nails done I mentioned I also want my eyebrows done as I forgot to say when I first came in all is good, my nails are done (one of my nails is OBVIOUSLY SHORTER THAN THE OTHER btw) & I’m left waiting for at least another 10 minutes & after I said to my friend that I just want my eyebrows done? Then they finally get done, again not how I asked for them done but I was pretty much over the experience & just wanted to get out so now it gets to paying, I’ve came in before & got both of these done for $45 which is what the man that served me initially charged me only to be stopped by someone else for me to be charge $50? Which is NOT on your price list I left extremely upset at the service I got & defiantly won’t be coming back. You can all go & fuck yourself especially the lady that served me. If I could give 0 stars trust & believe I would. See More

This is where I go to get my nails done locally. They do a good job, for SNS touch up and acrylic paint its $40 but they dont have many colours to choose from which is a downside. I go here because the level of work is always consistent (ive gone to other places where they are so inexperienced that they HURT you, doenst happen here) and the staff are really friendly

Had my nails done here yesterday and after booking a week ago for a shellac manicure, I arrive and a lady starts telling me to pick sns colours - though I explained when I came in my appointment is to remove the sns and have a shellac manicure. She removes my sns after having them wrapped for 45mins!! then filed them down and wanted to start painting my nails. i asked if she was going to soak them and she said oh is that what you want??? ummmm isn't a manicure when you soak the nails and clean them and what not.??? And then came last night, I have only had this shellac done for 8 hours and it bubbled and lifted. at 10.30pm last night I had to soak off what ever was left of the shellac at home and now need to find a better place. Just please try to avoid this place for shellac manicures. They are in a rush to finish and get you out the door without caring what the outcome is. I will for sure not be returning here again.

I wondered in here on my day off to get a pedicure as I had some time to waste before dinner time. Boy! Was I pleasantly surprised! All the staff were the loveliest. The place was nice and clean and they had a great massage chair to sit in while my nails were being done. A very welcoming space with friendly smiles and a decent price list. I’ll definitely be back! The best part is that it’s so close to home!!

I would highly recommend these wonderful ladies if you get SNS. I’ve never had anything else done at the salon so I can’t review the other services! They are always polite and will fix anything you’re not happy with!

Today I had to leave by a certain time for work and they were so understanding and got me out in 30minutes!! I will definitely be coming back thanks girls!!

The girls here are so sweet! They do a really great job but are also super gentle. I used to get my nails done in the city because of the convenience. I'd always walk away with bleeding fingers from them drilling my skin while they were removing the SNS... Here they take so much care with removal! No drilled skin in sight! Plus they're very reasonably priced. Would def recommend All Stars Nail Salon

Friendly staff is a massive plus. Most of these type of nail salons have grumpy underpaid workers who wouldn't crack a smile if you tickled them. It's a hygienic place too where they open up fresh packets of nail tools in front of you. They mop their floor better than I do too. And trust me, I love mopping my floors. Great priced too. They can get busy in the evenings and weekends so try and go during off peak times. I went around 10am one morning and they were dead quiet.

These gals are my absolute favourites when I'm in need of a pick me up (but can't afford a whole new outfit) and my cuticles are in desperate need of some love and attention. All Star Nails is an incredibly friendly, professional and clean space to get yo' nails did. Most recently I walked in off the street late in the afternoon and requested a shellac manicure. I was immediately seated, offered a bottle of water and one of the friendly gals got to work. EFFICIENCY! My nails are still crisp and clean, one week later with absolutely no signs of impending chips.The pedicures are just as speedy but equally as relaxing. Lay back in one of their giant, massaging seats and forget your worries and your cares.But what reflects most about the All Star ladies are their customers. Every time I have popped in, they always seem to have local ladies coming in and out, asking about the manicurists children or requesting "the usual". They clearly have numerous loyal customers who are dedicated to All Stars and their friendly staff.Keep up the good work, gals!

As the other reviewer said, this place is hygienic and professional - also well-priced. They can usually accommodate walk-in requests. I've been happy with my nails both times I've been here. Review edit: this place is good for nails, but I do NOT recommend them for eyebrow waxes - was really unhappy with how thin my eyebrows were when I had asked just to tidy up the fluff, not to change the thickness. Go to Mien Salon or Benefit for brow waxing.

I got eyebrow work and went 3 times this year. This beautician will not listen to requests and will simply shape whatever they want with your eyebrow style, and perhaps even thin your brows too much as is their preference. The first time I was left with a red scorched mark for 2 weeks, and on the third visit my eyebrows were trimmed in length when I didn't even ask. I had to tell her to stop when I felt it- though she had already done a large section. When I complained the first time they did not offer any solace and used language barrier to avoid the conversation. When I complained the second time they just pretended they didn't see me at all, and repeated everything they said with a language barrier shield. > DO NOT EVER PAY CASH, keep all receipts from credit. > GO TO ANOTHER SALON

These ladies are amazing, friendly and always have a smile on their face. I love how they remember me each time that I come in. They're work is fantastic and professional and it's an enjoyable experience each time. Everything is always clean, tidy and sterilized. And they never make you wait like other salons do. Great work ladies :)

Friendly staff is a massive plus. Most of these type of nail salons have grumpy underpaid workers who wouldn't crack a smile if you tickled them. It's a hygienic place too where they open up fresh packets of nail tools in front of you. They mop their floor better than I do too. And trust me, I love mopping my floors. Great priced too. They can get busy in the evenings and weekends so try and go during off peak times. I went around 10am one morning and they were dead quiet.

These gals are my absolute favourites when I'm in need of a pick me up (but can't afford a whole new outfit) and my cuticles are in desperate need of some love and attention. All Star Nails is an incredibly friendly, professional and clean space to get yo' nails did. Most recently I walked in off the street late in the afternoon and requested a shellac manicure. I was immediately seated, offered a bottle of water and one of the friendly gals got to work. EFFICIENCY! My nails are still crisp and clean, one week later with absolutely no signs of impending chips.The pedicures are just as speedy but equally as relaxing. Lay back in one of their giant, massaging seats and forget your worries and your cares.But what reflects most about the All Star ladies are their customers. Every time I have popped in, they always seem to have local ladies coming in and out, asking about the manicurists children or requesting "the usual". They clearly have numerous loyal customers who are dedicated to All Stars and their friendly staff.Keep up the good work, gals!

Review edit: this place is good for nails, but I do NOT recommend them for eyebrow waxes - was really unhappy with how thin my eyebrows were when I had asked just to tidy up the fluff, not to change the thickness. Go to Mien Salon or Benefit for brow waxing.

I got eyebrow work and went 3 times this year. This beautician will not listen to requests and will simply shape whatever they want with your eyebrow style, and perhaps even thin your brows too much as is their preference. The first time I was left with a red scorched mark for 2 weeks, and on the third visit my eyebrows were trimmed in length when I didn't even ask. I had to tell her to stop when I felt it- though she had already done a large section. When I complained the first time they did not offer any solace and used language barrier to avoid the conversation. When I complained the second time they just pretended they didn't see me at all, and repeated everything they said with a language barrier shield. > DO NOT EVER PAY CASH, keep all receipts from credit. > GO TO ANOTHER SALON
