This business is definitely not customer service focused. They are all about getting in as many people through the doors as possible, regardless of the service and experience. Despite being a long time loyal customer, it holds no relavence when it comes to pushing in another customer before your appointment time, just for the $$. Avoid this store if you are looking to have eyelash extensions done. Staff is very unprofessional and they use cheap eyelashes and glue. They do not communicate with you to find out what you want. It was the pregnant staff who did my lashes. I was looking for the natural volume look but walked out with the dramatic 5D party girl eyelash extensions. She even asked if I worked in the clubs because I apparently "wanted" this look. They use the brand Ardell which irritated my eye and the staff glued my real lashes onto the eyelash extensions. I think she also cut my natural lashes because they looked a lot shorter when I had them removed. My eyes were burning and was tearing up. This is the first time that has happened to me. My eyes are not sensitive and I've never had this problem with other salons. I immediately went to Essential Beauty to have them removed. The staff at EB said they did a terrible job applying the eyelashes on. The glue was of bad quality and it was attached to the skin on my eyelid as well which made it very hard to remove. My eyes were really irritated and burning. I literally just wanted to cry and have these off immediately ! Unlike the other eyelash extensions I've had before, this one was stiff and hard. Came here for a pedicure because I was on this side of town and my usual place isn't open on Sunday. They did a good job; professional amd calm. However, right after I got here, a woman in a wheelchair with a service dog came in. They asked her to leave because of her dog. This was illegal (as she informed them), but they didn't seem to care. I would have left but was already mid-pedicure. I was horrified for the girl who merely wanted a manicure. They need to brush up on rights for disabled Americans under the ADA. Not returning here. This is the best salon in the area! Not only is it clean but the techs are thorough and they don't spend their time talking or gabbing, they work hard and do a great job! Love this place. I've always been treated well here. I came in today after getting a gel manicure done out of town last weekend (it didn't go well), and I basically asked if they could fix it. Tina (who I later found out has only worked there for one month!) took care of me and was SO kind and gentle (no pain at all with cuticle trim, etc). I was so pleased with her and with my nails when she was done. It was a HUGE difference from the previous gel manicure I had done elsewhere. I will absolutely be back and definitely recommend TINA to do your gel manicure! When I say my nails look PERFECT, I am not exaggerating. Hands down the best gel manicure I've ever gotten. Please don't waste your time or money. I came here to get a "fill with a white tip" or otherwise known as a French Tip. I called ahead for an appointment, it doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not you still wait... and wait.... then it was finally my turn I say down and talked to the lady about what I wanted. She then got the "owner" involved in our conversation. She then went ahead and asked the next guest to come sit down in her chair. They told me they couldn't help me for a fill and a white tip. I am a regular customer at Circle Nails. I have been so for the past 8 years. I wasn't too happy with having to wait and then leave as I had booked an appointment at a time recommended by the staff during my break. On arrival I was asked to take a seat and wait which is fair enough however the waiting pretty much went to the point where I had to leave in order to get to work on time. Please don't over promise your customers in order to get them into the shop. The quality and staff are great but the -1% will add up eventually. Secondly, I find it hilarious that a bunch of 12vies are causing dramas on social media... little do they know how much EVERYONE loves this place and the people who work there.
