Terrible costumer service! I am 19 years old and went with my mother and grandmother so have a girls day. I wasn't sure what I wanted to get as I had never been there and wanted to see what kind of shellack designs they had, when we walked in they asked my grandma and mother what they wanted and they told them straight away, when they asked me I said "umm...well.." and they cut me off, turned to my mum and said "what she want?" I felt so discriminated agents and it didn't stop there! They say my mum and grandma together and me 2 seats down even though we had a booking for three people! I have had my nails done many times and know the routine and every time she went to grab my hand she would jerk it foward and it would be uncomfortable for me! She filed off my nail polish and burned my fingers multiple times, then when I was asked what shape I wanted I said coffin and also said that I will just get normal color because I was un-happy and wanted to get out of there asap! The acrylic stung when it was alloyed to my nail and I was in serious pain but was never asked if I was okay or was never given an apology. When she did the shape it came up square not coffin and both myself and my nan told them that I wanted coffin and then even pointed to a photo of the nail shape but all my nails were clearly square! Absolutely horrible customer service, wanting the botched job they had done soaked off and a manicure done was told one price then it had doubled halfway through. They didn't soak off my nails only used nail clippers to peel back the fake nails. Honestly wouldn't give this place the star because it doesn't deserve it.... Read Less

Worst experience ever! Needed to get my nails done for a wedding worked all week and could only go on the Sunday booked the day before for a appointment at 9am. Get there only to discover they don't open till 10am which pushed me behind for the day. Waited around explained what happened no apology! I wanted a refill and shellac done and told them I wasn't happy with the other nail place I usually go to as I had air bubbles in the shellac which ruined my nails day after and you know what! Their job was 100% worse! It looked like a small child had done them! They grinded off the old polish which hurt and burnt my nail not to mention she grinded the side of my finger. my nails are all different lengths it looks like a 3 year old did them! Sloppy work and my right thumb was already peeling as I walked out but I was in such a hurry I just paid and left! I was horrified not to mention had acrylic all over my fingers and hand. Worst nail salon ever! 1. done my nails with the curved edges sorta and the edges aren't even!!! 2. She cut me 3 times and acted like it was nothing and the cuts were deep 3. The ppl there don't know nothing. I told them matte top coat and she added sooo muck glitter nail polish and they r very messy workers, The got glue all over my fingers!! Please avoid getting cheap shellac done here! I made this mistake twice, it was cheap for $15, the next day my shellac peeled, I thought maybe because I was swimming in chlorine, I'll give it another chance.
