They literally make you feel at home. As soon as I walked in the door I knew I'd love this salon. They make sure all of their clients are happy and have everything they want. We had a wonderful evening at this spa for my sister's bachelorette party. The staff was very helpful, allowing our party of 6 to have the spa to ourselves after closing time. Each girl got to pick and choose which spa services they wanted. Champagne, snacks and lots of fun! The mani and pedi were wonderful. But for me the highlight was the blow out and makeup application-it was just the thing before hitting broadway. Again, the staff was fun, pleasant and helpful. Can't wait to have more spa days here! I work downtown and have walked by this salon several times before deciding to try it out. I was in a pinch and needed an eyebrow wax yesterday, so I made an appointment yesterday morning to go right after work. I loved the convenience of being so close to work and being able to schedule a same-day appointment. Khabra did such a great job with my eyebrows! Every time I get my brows done, my skin is red for hours and I have little bumps the next day. I don't know what product ...she used after she waxed them, but within 30 minutes, my skin wasn't red anymore! Also, I had no little bumps on the skin around my eyebrows this morning. She also went the extra step and filled in my brows with a brow pencil after she waxed them. Not only was the service great, but the salon itself is beautiful and a very relaxing environment. Long overdue review and I'm so sorry about that, but I couldn't let it go. About six weeks ago I was in Nashville with my boyfriend for a conference and stopped at this spa for a facial. Johanna was nothing short of amazing, and I'm very particular about who and what touches my face. She used top-of-the-line, excellent products and gave me one of the best facials I have ever received! It was truly perfect...relaxing, rejuvenating, invigorating. My skin literally glowed after...wards...It was the most amazing facial I've ever had! Afterwards, I had a dinner to go to and Johanna applied makeup - another one of her incredible talents - and it was perfect and just beautiful. Very bad hair salon. The owner seems nice however the employees are making fun of their client talking in "Vietnamese". I am mix Vietnamese/European (but you cannot really tell so the staff there didn't know that I could understand the language" and I went there to have my mani-pedi and sat there waiting for somebody available to take care of me. While waiting, I politely asked if their cutting tools were disinfected between each client and they said "Yes, of course"… Then, I heard one of the ladies calling me a bird name "xx###@@$$" and saying that I was a Queen B. Word because I questioned them about the hygiene. Well, I stood up, explained myself that I am leaving because I don't accept to be insulted. My advice: maybe cheap place to have the nails done but if you go, make sure to put your iPod on your ears because the talking is probably about the way you look or how bad you are smelling to them. I had my eyebrows waxed here.  I was nervous from the start because she was retrieving the wax from across the room rather near my head.  She ended up dripping hot wax onto my eyelashes.  It was very painful.  She helped remove the wax from my lashes, but she charged me for the service. Read Less
