Very friendly staff. I drive past several nail places in Knox to go to this salon, always happy with my nails when I get them done here.

I waited 1 hr and 35 minutes for my mum to get an acrylic overlay and her nails painted. It was a horrible wait and only had a flat sofa to sit on that had no back support whatsoever.

Not recommended! Do not go to that salon! Staff are very rude and unproffessional! Andy, the owner, is the worst! he had a problem of doing my nails nice and STRAIGHT! he hated the fact that i made him re-do the nail that he put on crooked and he actually had the audecity to tell me that my nail was the problem! Not professional at all! just had my nails done at knoxfield and the lady that did my nails had no problem what so ever in doing them right! Also they dont use the best products! my nail broke after only 2 days of having them done there! Not bitter, just disappointed!
