Shocking. Did my SNS nails while sat having pedicure leaning over to one side for nearly an hour. Girls did nails with poor lighting, did not do a proper manicure of cuticle area. They look terrible and you can still see old colour around edges. I WONT BE GOING BACK. Read Less

Terrible!!!! Took over an hour and a half to do SNS they are lumpy and thick! All my nails are different shapes and she got product all over my fingers and I had to ask before I left if she could take it off! never again! Read Less

Took 45 minutes to partially remove Shellac. I advised it was taking too long & I had to go as it usually takes 30 minutes. The nail technician told me it would be $5. When I handed over $20, the owner insisted I pay $15 even after I showed her they left 1/2 the polish on & tore my nails leaving them damaged I'll never ever go back Read Less

These girls are amazing. Especially Lisa. Cannot speak highly enough of them. They're friendly and the salon is light and airy and warm. They also don't do really thick nails, lovely and thin and very natural looking. I won't go anywhere else now. Read Less

Second time being here, and thought the first time was the just rushing my nails, when they lady said I can't get sns. When I always do. And she rushed the acrylic and it was thick and bumpy. This time I got my nails removed, for a fresh set. I had to get them fixed as the First Lady wasn't sure what she was doing, the nail... Extension is glued to my finger, and my nails & the nail extension have a massive gap that you can fit a nail between. The nails are thick and flat no shape to them, she cut my fingers constantly. The other lady tried to fix them, but my real nails are just sitting there not attached to the fake ones , thought I would give them another go, but won't be back. Was not happy with my sns today very rushed job and was not good at all, when i told the lady i was not happy she didnt care. My friend also had a pedicure same lady rushed through it and finished her before others were having the same thing and started long before her. Also heard another lady complain about her nails whilst i was there. Will not return. Read Less

This is my first time at Eden Palace Salon and I'm completely in love this place. The staff were so incredibly friendly and welcoming !
