Rude staff with unprofessional attitude! Asked me to pay half way through the service because "the lady needs to count the money" she said. I asked for almond shape nails but what i got is a mystery. ...
Rude staff with unprofessional attitude! Asked me to pay half way through the service because "the lady needs to count the money" she said. I asked for almond shape nails but what i got is a mystery. Some were square, some were sort of round, some were almond and some were thick as bumpy. Even though i only had it for a few days but will get it change at my regular place in highett, the girls are lovely there.

An absolutely terrible experience with grumpy staff complaining about how busy they were! I will never go here again

Unfriendly staff, didn't even look me in the face! Had a shellac pedi: exfoliation was a mere 3 circles around my ankles, scrub lasted about 30 seconds and the polish was applied to the nail bed and ...
Unfriendly staff, didn't even look me in the face! Had a shellac pedi: exfoliation was a mere 3 circles around my ankles, scrub lasted about 30 seconds and the polish was applied to the nail bed and some end of toes on the skin. I had been coming here for 2 years but hadn't been for at least a year and would never go back.

gone there many times but today i had to wait 2 HOURS for my nails to get done. 8 people that came after us finished before me. not impressed!!

Rude staff with unprofessional attitude! Asked me to pay half way through the service because "the lady needs to count the money" she said. I asked for almond shape nails but what i got is a mystery. Unfriendly staff, didn't even look me in the face! Had a shellac pedi: exfoliation was a mere 3 circles around my ankles, scrub lasted about 30 seconds and the polish was applied to the nail bed and some end of toes on the skin.
