I have been a customer here since the shop opened. I wont be going back, I make appointments then have to sit and wait. Left with my skin burning from being left for so long with remover on nails. Heard customer beside me, say "Thanks for squeezing me in" Thats because they squeezed her in and yet I planned ahead and made an appointment and I am the one that has to sit and wait. I've been going here for years, however, after having my nails done somewhere else (gel refill) for the first time and then returning to La Boheme today to get another refill, I realise there are much better places to go- where the girls actually care about the finished look and measure each nail so they are consistent. Today I left with crooked, uneven lengthed nails, and the ladies were rude, even when I asked for all the gel to be removed from underneath my nails (the lady at the other salon did this, clipped and removed unwanted skin, asked how short I wanted them ((and didn't get angry when I asked for shorter)), measured each nail up, and gave me multiple coats without asking- plus she cared how I wanted my nails and was super friendly). I don't think I will be returning :( I had a negative experience just before Xmas time but thought it was due to their busyness, however today they were very free and still did a bad job. Read Less

Overall a good experience. I find its often a hit and miss with the quality of finish. They are always busy which is a good sign, and the head lady knows all the customers name which is really nice. Just need to work on consistency in quality. I often return when I'm in the area. Read Less

Asked to remove current shellac and replace with same colour which I specified. Was seated, acetone applied to remove current colour, asked again what colour I wanted, responded, and they did. It have colour I had originally specified ( if I knew this I would have gone elsewhere but too late at this point). Lady who did my nails filed them at an angle ie crooked. Had to ask for the file to file them myself, chose a colour , and post UV light the edges ( ends of nails ) were rough and catching. Again ask for nail file to fix them. Will never come here again. got acrylics here , staff were so kind and, lady i had complimented me constantly and was very nice. but nails poorly done, didn't fix messed up polish and nails hurt after getting them as they shouldn't, also staff were rough on the tools. Read Less

It used to be great, but the quality on my past few visits has not been great. Cut skin as well as bumpy sns (which I didn't know was possible). You have to book by name the girls that know what they are doing. Read Less

I've been here a couple times anf the service is absolutely horrible, they take forever and they are extremely rough when using the electronic file and the buffer. They are very rude and when you ask for something they do it too fast and then stuff up. I was very specific with what I wanted and I kept telling the lady over and over again to do this and do that but she didn't listen and I left with some terribly done nails. Read Less

One of my mates went there, requested a specific design and they stuffed it up completely which is fine nobody is perfect but she got the rudest customer service when she went back to complain, they hurried her out the door and refused to comply with giving her a refund. My god!!! Finally a good nail salon on the center road strip!!!! I've been too some horrible places but glad i finally tried these guys!!!! Even though it was NYE Eve, very busy and there was about 40 women in there - the staff were very accommodating and didn't rush my nails. If there were 6 stars La Boheme would get 6. I have been coming here regularly for the last 5+ years and have never had a bad experience - exceptionally clean, exceptionally friendly with great customer service from everyone. You leave here feeling great and relaxed. There is a lovely warm atmosphere at La Boheme and everyone is made to feel comfortable and welcome. Phuong is the best and runs an amazing successful business definitely built on referrals. I am sure La Boheme is the envy of all other nail salons. Why would you go anywhere else? Read Less

Have visited this salon three times since moving to the area and it will be my regular now.Very friendly staff and great service.This salon is always busy, so it's best to book ahead, however they will take walk-ins, you just may have to wait a while.Salon is always clean and it's clear that the staff follow good hygiene practices.Highly recommended!
