So, I went in there yesterday afternoon and I am very disappointed with the service I received. I asked for the regular pedicure and manicure which was supposed to cost $38 according to their website....
So, I went in there yesterday afternoon and I am very disappointed with the service I received. I asked for the regular pedicure and manicure which was supposed to cost $38 according to their website. The pedicure was fine and she seemed to do a good job, but when it came to the manicure, that's where things fell apart. I asked if I could do French tip shellac on my hands without the manicure since it had already been over an hour ($18 + $5). When she started to do the shapin...g of the tip, I had to ask her to fix them as they were extremely crooked and sloppy. She corrected it and they do look nice now, but she was sloppy with the top coat as it is all over the sides of my nails and was even on the tips of some of my fingers so when you put it in the UV light, it burned a little. I don't imagine I'll get a full 2 weeks of wear with these since it will be peeling up from where the top coat adhered to my skin. Also, let's talk about $. It was supposed to be $38 for a regular pedi and mani remember? I expected to pay extra for the shellac and french tips, but still...even if I paid separately for a regular pedicure ($26) and shellac with french tips ($23), it would have been $49. If I had gotten the manicure with my french shellac, it would have been $61! When all was said and done, she charged me $63 and I didn't get a manicure!!!! I was so flustered as I was going to be late for dinner that I didn't want to get into it with them. I won't be back unless it's to demand a partial refund for services NOT received. See More

I went on july 8th for my 7 year old niece to get her nails done for her birthday. They made us sit there three hours, my niece had her feet sit in water for an hour before anyone came to her, after leaving her in the butterfly chair another hour I had to make her go to a table before they would do her finger nails. They just ignored her the whole time. Why have a chair for little girls if you are not gonna treat them right?... Me they had my hands sit in acetone to remove m...y at home gel polish for almost an hour (it does not take very long to take off) I told the girl my polish was off and she said I needed to sit longer and me being dumb listened. It ate my skin up so badly that all of my fingers had blisters all over the sides of them (I have pictures) I could barely hold a pencil and write i was in so much pain and then to top it off I had gotten dip polish which they put a gel top coat on that peeled in less than 24 hours and my dip polish was so thick the side of my nails were as thick as the side of a quarter. Also on my feet I had picked a color out that match the color for my nails perfectly and the lady changed the color saying it would match better. My nails ended up purple and my feet red.... It's been almost a month and my hands are still not healed. My sister, my mom, and I have been loyal customers for years and will never be returning. See More

I simple went to get my fake nails removed and at any ordinary nail store it would have taken 20 minutes but here it took me more than 1hour simply because of a lady walking in and saying she needed to be out by a certain time and due to tht they kept me to soak my nail for 40 minutes it acetone which ruins them. Never going back again!

The water got cold during my pedicure. I opted for the pearl pedicure. It was a waste of money because it was no better than the regular bc of the technician's technique. My shellac polish has bubbles...
The water got cold during my pedicure. I opted for the pearl pedicure. It was a waste of money because it was no better than the regular bc of the technician's technique. My shellac polish has bubbles in it. The brush strokes are noticeably uneven. If you are lucky enough to get Tina or Gina you will get an awesome job done, but the shop is usually busy and chances are you will get a mediocre performance at best from one of the others. Gina is the best at brow wax also which is definitely a positive!!

The only place I will go, all of the techs are nice, and very knowledgeable. If you don't like something you just have to tell them and they'll change it. Good people and good business.

I simple went to get my fake nails removed and at any ordinary nail store it would have taken 20 minutes but here it took me more than 1hour simply because of a lady walking in and saying she needed to be out by a certain time and due to tht they kept me to soak my nail for 40 minutes it acetone which ruins them.
