Disappointing Pedicure. I had planned a girls pedicure day and even called for an appointment but as we arrived they already had 2 people who had just come in as walk in's and we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes even though we called in advance. The three of us finally all got in the chairs for pedicures and I realized that they had not sterilized any of the tools and had only washed out the foot baths, the water was cold but I didn't mind it the ladies were not very professional and seemed to be very rough with the cuticle cutters and made my cuticle bleed. Then as they began to paint my nails they didn't wait in between coats. The finished product was not good we all had bubbles in our coats and my one friends nails look horrible and lumpy and not polished well as they did not remove the previous polish on her nails. Went for a girls day with my daughters. We all had pedicures. My toes looked pretty good but the polish was bubbled. My one daughter's toenails were horrible and looked worse than a home paint job done by a toddler. We won't be returning. It's a shame as we were trying to support a local business. Please see photo. Went today for my first time and I was very impressed. Very clean and friendly staff. Tan waxed my eyebrows today and she did and amazing job. Will be definitely going back to get my nails done next week. Read Less

This is the best nail salon in London. I have been doing my nails for years and can tell you that this is the cleanest place. Tan is absolutely the best, she is knowledgeable and very skilled. I won't go anywhere else! Read Less

One of my nails came unglued within a week, but I went back and they fixed it for free. There's two ladies who speak ok English and another that was rude and mumbled, roughly pulling my hand around. I probably won't go back here. Read Less
