Service is rushed and it shows. My shellac manicure was lifting within 2 days. While having my manicure another customer came in complaining of the same problem l. I called to complain and they said they would repair it- when went in I was told they were busy and to come back. I couldn't bothered after that. Literally the first and worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m not from Australia or from a country that’s used to having people seated in front of you taking care of your feet while you seat in a massage chair, and I’m not gonna lie but I’ve waited a long time to finally have this experience, and, disappointment! Terrible service, rude and rush as hell, not to mention you pay for a service that at the end of it isn’t done and they ruined the little they had done by kicking me out of the chair due to next customers wanting to seat in and ruin my nail polish that wasn’t dried yet. Really really hate the acrylic nails that I have just had done in this place. They're SOOO ugly and stubby! I advised the beautician that she had cut them too small to which she advised "too late" ... I also had to pull my hand away sharply twice because she was hurting me when sticking on the acrylic nails! When I asked for a manager - I was advised there is no manager. I wasn't happy paying $55 for stubby, embarrassing and SORE nails but all they could do was deduct a measly $5!! I'm so angry and upset! I'm going to feel so self-conscious on NYE Please go to the other nail salon next to Coles girls where at least it's also cheaper! Read Less

I visited this place quite regularly and was happy with their service especially given the reasonable prices. But the last time I visited was a big let-down. They were so rushed even when I asked if they had time before closing, and if not I said I was happy to come back the next day. But they insisted they could do it and in the end, when they wanted to close the tills and my nails were still wet, one of the girls went into my purse to get my card! I have had a couple of treatments done here as I live 5 mins away. I wasn't happy with the service I got with my pedicure. I felt it was little rushed but I understood it was extremely busy. Iv had eyebrow wax, and tint done multiple times which was i was happy with. I had my upper lip waxed yesterday and it certainly wasn't smooth. There was loads of hair left there. I popped into the shop today about 10 min ago to say I wasn't happy with the way my upper lip was waxed. I ...was told to sit and wait a moment. I have seen this place when it has been much busier and received attention right away but I presume as it was complaint they weren't rush to provide good customer service so I left. Location was a main thing for me with this nail and foot salon but I just don't see myself going back here again or getting friends vouchers for here either which I have done 4 times now. I have been to Paradise nails many times. They are my local salon. The ladies are lovely and do an excellent job. The price is cheaper than the other salons located on Carlisle street and they are always happy to take walk-ins without bookings. Definitely recommend them, especially Nina. She is very talented.
