Just wanted to go ahead and let everyone know that the lady who is clearly just being spiteful for her own stupidity of wearing "expensive clothing" to get her nails done has people making fake reports about this lady and her family business. I walked into Linda nail and spa about a year ago for my first deep cleansing facial and I've been going back every single month ever since. I HAVE never had a problem she's always the nicest politest woman to deal with (even when I'm n...ot) and her husband deals with the payments. And for the people asking why her husband's there, if you want to take a look at the location it's located in Scarbrough. Stores get robbed all the time. I don't know what she's been through. I have never had a bad experience at this place and I go there regularly. The following one-star reviews that were all posted on Aug 14 clearly are related to one person who presents a situation that is difficult to believe. I assume this person got their friends to post fake reviews to try to destroy this family business. DO NOT GO HERE! I used to see Linda for maybe 6 years now before she even got her own shop. Today she ruined an irreplacable dress worth over $100 after trying to multi-task services. My dress is now bleached with chemicals and she swore how sorry she was as she ruined "such a pretty expensive dress." At the cash she offered me only $10 off my $79 doller services and that was all. I calmly let her know that wasn't sufficient and then I wouldn't be paying then. Her husband then got loud and abusive and she physically had to hold him. This was infront of a few other patrons. I left the place crying as she literally came after me to tell me not to be upset. Read Less
