I started seeing Mary 9 months ago for my treatment of acne and acne scarring. She has changed my entire life. For the first time in my life, I can walk out of the house feeling beautiful with no make up on, and it’s all thanks to Mary. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and patient with you. I can’t thank her enough for everything she has done for me. If you have acne or scarring, she is your go to! I can’t reccomend her enough. You won’t be sorry!

I am not one to review a place unless I find it really worth mentioning to the world on google. Let us face it. No pain no gain. In exchange for a little discomfort, I am silky smooth and it has increased my self confidence immensely. To date, I have had six sessions here. I could not have been this happy if not for Mary. She is brilliant at what she does and most importantly is such a beautiful person. She really cares and it adds to the experience. Makes me look forward to my next session instead of dreading it. Mary makes me so comfortable and does her absolute best to make sure I see positive results in every session. Totally worth the money. If you ever thought of doing this and are nervous... definitely speak to Mary because she is the BEST!

If I could give negative rating, I would, believe me!!!
I first visited the Lush Skin Bar, in November 2017, along with a friend of mine in order to have a free information session regarding laser hair removal. From the start Mary was all over the place. She could not remember the agreements we had, she could not remember the appointments we booked or the prices. She was constantly rude and aggressive and she even bullied me during my last session with her. She is very unreliable and she does not accept to tell her that you noticed something on an area and ask her to be more careful, she will tell you off, that you have no right to tell her how to do her job and it is your fault. Overall, Mary does not treat her clients with respect, she is one of the most unprofessional persons I have encountered. I asked for a full refund, she agreed to it, even texted me that she will refund me, but she never did. Furthermore, I am not satisfied from her job as well, several areas are left untreated, whole hair lines, spots on skin...
Finally, it is not about the money, no one can be saved with $149, it is about how you treat people.

10 / 10 - A GLOWING RECOMMENDATION to anyone looking for lasting results.
Personally, I have had an outstanding experience with Lush Skin Bar. Mary (the owner) is very friendly, highly experienced and totally customer focused. You were very informative and I quickly felt at complete ease. After only two sessions my early results have significantly exceeded my own expectations. Even before I have completed my six treatments, I will gladly give a glowing recommendation to Mary at Lush Skin Bar.
To address the negatives, in sensitive bony areas the pain was more than I was expecting, but the lasting results make it absolutely worthwhile. Delays in communication have been a little frustrating however this is no reflection of Mary’s commitment to excellent customer service. It is an understandable side effect of a growing small business dealing with a surge in demand as a result of a successful Group-On campaign. I am so pleased to hear that you now have someone to help you manage phone calls and appointments, beginning January 2018.
The silent majority of your customers recognise that they purchased sessions at a bargain basement price and that you are heavily booked in the short term. The small minority of high maintenance clients that have unreasonable expectations are not clients you want long term anyway. Give them a refund, forget about them and focus on the clients that appreciate the work you do and the excellent results you will provide for them.

Polite, considerate, professional and patient are the words that come to mind when thinking of my treatment so far. Mary has been so kind to my sister and me when coming for our laser hair treatment.
Sure, we’ve been a little sensitive sometimes and wussy, but Mary is super knowledgeable and takes her time to make sure we are not in any pain. She even popped an ice pack on my sister’s leg last week, when having a rough time after requesting to go up a level (obvs, I’m the brave one).
And this is not even talking about the $$ savings. Mary is the entire package, and funny to boot.

I started seeing Mary 9 months ago for my treatment of acne and acne scarring. She has changed my entire life. For the first time in my life, I can walk out of the house feeling beautiful with no make up on, and it’s all thanks to Mary. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and patient with you. I can’t thank her enough for everything she has done for me. If you have acne or scarring, she is your go to! I can’t reccomend her enough. You won’t be sorry!

I am not one to review a place unless I find it really worth mentioning to the world on google. Let us face it. No pain no gain. In exchange for a little discomfort, I am silky smooth and it has increased my self confidence immensely. To date, I have had six sessions here. I could not have been this happy if not for Mary. I first visited the Lush Skin Bar, in November 2017, along with a friend of mine in order to have a free information session regarding laser hair removal. From the start Mary was all over the place.
