Plz don't go to this nail salon which is near food court. Staffs are extremely rude and can't even paint colour on your nail.The lady(might be the owner) blamed your nail is too short or whatever and provided extremely bad and rude service. Not so good. Paid $27 to have nails done with supposed long lasting nail polish. Very disappointed as with in 24 hours the polish had started to come off. My friend who also had her nails done at the same time had the same thing happen to her nails. As my friend lived closer to this nail place she went back the next day and asked why it was coming off only to be told that the job was done and that’s it. She had an appointment for a Pedi the next day so she cancelled it. Both of us will never go there again as it was a total wast of money and no apology or even a sorry. Rude lady that seemed to be the owner provided poor service. It was the roughest manicure I have ever recieved, quite uncomfortable.My manicure looks cracked as she left me with my hands under the UV light whilst she tended to others for a very long time. All round shoddy. Go elsewhere Read Less

Super , really good nail job, quick and efficient , even treated myself to a pedicure which was wonderfully relaxing ,I certainly needed it and shall be having more. Very conveniently situated as close to shopping and undercover car parking. Really recommend to treat yourself to a nail job here. Read Less

Rude women working here. Had the quickest pedicure known to man- didn't remove the dead skin & when I asked if she could, she sighed as if I was requesting something complicated. My feet were left with dents in them from such a poor job- not smooth at all. They also use thinners in their nail polish. Very dissatisfied. Go anywhere else but here! Save your pennies!! Read Less

I got a manicure here around 4:00pm on a Sunday. After reading a couple of reviews for places nearby my home, I settled on these guys (as much for their previous review as their convenience at Malvern Central.) When I arrived the girls told me it would be a 10/15 minute wait, and they were true to their word. The girl that completed the manicure did a fantastic job, both efficient and detailed. My only criticism is that she was very, very quiet, speaking at most 5 words the entire time. Read Less

WORST PEDICURE EVER!!!I asked for a pedicure, no polish.. just wanted dead skin removed from underneath my feet.8 minutes later she sends me out the door, had not even scrubbed underneath my feet and charged me $42!!!!!!!!!!!!I could have done a better job in the shower myself!!!HONESTLY the worst service, rude girls that have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I've been on the hunt for a new nail salon to become my regular to-go destination and so far I've been pretty disappointed. But just as I was about to just resign myself to driving back to Prahran to get my nails done, I found Nail Central in Malvern Central.The modern style nail spa is always busy ( a good sign I think) but the girls are always willing to try and fit you in. I have to admit, I was worried at first but after my manicure and spa pedicure ($60) I knew I had found a new local nail spa. And after the bad experiences I've had at other smaller nail places in the area (see my other reviews), I'm glad my search is finally over. Next time, I'll try the Shellac service ($50). They are a bit more expensive than some other places but i rather pay a bit more for good service than watch my nail technician watch TV while doing my nails. Read Less
