Horrible rude staff. They look like $2 ho's but say nasty things about the customers in their language, as if no one else can understand it. They also use cheap fake products that don't last. Just throw your money down the toilet instead.

Don’t bother with this place. Worst nails I’ve had done. I got SNS and there was all white around the edges. I questioned them about it before leaving and they were dismissive and very rude saying it ...
Don’t bother with this place. Worst nails I’ve had done. I got SNS and there was all white around the edges. I questioned them about it before leaving and they were dismissive and very rude saying it was just skin. I’ve had SNS before and it’s nit supposed to look like that. They weren’t interested in fixing it and just continued with other clients avoiding eye contact.

Has been my nail salon of choice for more than twelve years. Always friendly, reasonably priced, and never forget a face. Such a great place to go!

My mum and I got our nails done today, both girls did a good job. My mums finger got cut but the woman was extremely apologetic, staff keep to themselves but that suits me. I'll be returning for sure.

I would never get my nails done here there are better places in the centre! I had the worst experience here I got French sns the staff had no idea what they were doing the nails were not even the same...
I would never get my nails done here there are better places in the centre! I had the worst experience here I got French sns the staff had no idea what they were doing the nails were not even the same length and the shape was all over the place and the white tip looked horrible I complained and they just kept saying daring they look beutiful .. I complained then she wanted me to pay again to fix them - I refused to pay anything and other ladies in the shop were agreeing with me and telling the lady they didn't look right. WORST SERVICE they really have no idea how to do nails! There are better places in the centre to go to Hollywood nails has to be the worst place I've ever been too and I've been getting my nails done for 4 years now and it's definetly the last time I would ever go to Hollywood nails!

I had a pedicure/manicure 2 weeks ago. It was great. Mind you the staff were a bit distant but not rude. Actually going back tomorrow to get a color change. This is my nail place from now on.

Was cut twice on the same finger, by a nail file and then one of the drills. Drew blood twice and then just put the bloody pieces back in the drawer. Absolutely no concept of hygiene and have thus bee...
Was cut twice on the same finger, by a nail file and then one of the drills. Drew blood twice and then just put the bloody pieces back in the drawer. Absolutely no concept of hygiene and have thus been reported to Maribyrnong health dept.

Hopefully tomorrow i go to here and get my waxing done for my legs .....please be good and the first time i tried waxing i got redlumps ,i used to shave and the lady that did it said it was from shavi...
