Wish l had looked at the reviews first. If l gave them a half a star that would be generous. Their aim is quantity definitely not quality. The jump out of their seat whilst doing your nails to make sure they get anyone who stops to look at the pricing and coax them in. Thats the reason why they're fast but the work is atrocious. All different shapes, bits of cotton wool, and they see it and paint over it. I pointed out that the tip That she had put on stuck hadn't and was lifting in the middle, she was not shy in showing that she was annoyed and informed me that the sns would make it stick. Walked out with file cuts on three fingers. I think this salon needs a good clean and a lesson in customer service. Smiling and nodding doesn't cut it. Terrible. Went in for a manicure because I had I chipped nail and going on a hoilday, they didn't reshape my nails only buffed and painted over the top of my nails and bits of my skin! Buffed to the skin on one pinkie finger and both the ring fingers and took chunks out of my cubicles. My nails looked worse than what I had when I went in. To top it off I didn't have time to get it fixed coz I was flying out in a couple of days, I had chipped shalac the next day. Don't go there. I've gone back a few times over the years and each time it was not good, this was the last time and the worst. Read Less
