Got my eyebrows waxed, I was hurried into a tiny little room by a rude woman. She was really rough, the wax was extremely hot. She put wax under each brow, on top and on the bridge let it sit then put the strip on. That was all she did! She got wax in my hair and little bits left on my skin. There are still errant hairs and they don’t look any better than when I went in. I was charged $15 for this literal 3 minute experience. Absolutely disgraceful. I would give no stars if I could. Never ever go there! I was glad they said they were too busy to do my nails!! I went to Professional Nails instead!

Incredibly difficult to communicate even the most basic things and the service was horrible. I got a pedicure with shellac but the woman just cut my nails and put the paint straight on, over my cuticl...
Incredibly difficult to communicate even the most basic things and the service was horrible. I got a pedicure with shellac but the woman just cut my nails and put the paint straight on, over my cuticles and dead skin, even just going past the nail entirely on small toes. It's very overpriced for what it is, $25, considering my friend got a full set of acrylic for $30. But even this manicure was badly done. Also I went at a quiet time so there was no rush at all to be used as an excuse.

Poor service, like a production line with different staff doing different stages of the pedicure. This would have been fine if they did a good job......pedicure rushed.... poor filing...did not do .c...

This would have been fine if they did a good job......pedicure rushed.... poor filing...did not do .cuticles. .... dead skin left on heals..most of time was in foot spa apart from slopping on some cream and the painting of my nails.... .massager not turned on the chair i was sitting in.....clearly made fun of me between themselves in their own language when i questioned the service.....no would not recommend and will not go back

They completely stuffed up my nails! I was there for ages waiting to get them off like an hour then they finally served me! I wanted the colour pink but then they said I couldn't have that colour so ...
They completely stuffed up my nails! I was there for ages waiting to get them off like an hour then they finally served me! I wanted the colour pink but then they said I couldn't have that colour so I had to choose another then they stuffed that colour up as well! My nails smudge 4 times and the first time they said they were dry and when I went to get my card out to pay they were ruined.. My mother was there for an hour waiting to get her and toenails done they didn't serve her so she left! I was there for 2 hours getting my nails done..! I could of done it myself better and cheaper! And they still made me pay for something that I didn't not like. Never again!!!

My friend had to get her nails re-painted 4 times as the nail polish didn't set in the time given, I also had problems with my shilac nails smudging.

Sadly after a trip out today I am less than satisfied. For my friend powder was left on her nails leaving white spots and strips, the nail technician scraped her skin on numerous occasions causing her...
Sadly after a trip out today I am less than satisfied. For my friend powder was left on her nails leaving white spots and strips, the nail technician scraped her skin on numerous occasions causing her to bleed (once can be understood but multiple times on the same nail) and best of all the fake nail wasn't attached to her own nail leaving a large gap between the two. Myself not as bad; I too have gaps between nails but also the fake nails are crooked and in even.
On my behalf the customer service was beyond poor - borderline rude with zero communication skills to becoming quite intimidating.
There's more! After being quoted, and displayed, as a full set only being $20 she was charged a nice $35 and myself $45 (had my previous acrylics taken off and wasn't corrected when I stated the price was only $20) and during the exchange of cash the cashier didn't seem too understand our issue.
After paying the new and higher price we walked not only ten meters when we started to realise the obvious flaws in the over priced nails and so we decided we would finally complain.
The shape of my nails were slightly altered and my friend was told that is was her fault they looked that way, that it was her nails.
So after looking forward to today it ended up being unnecessarily stressful, expensive and upsetting event.

I went here on a total whim because a friend of mine swears by them.....and I was NOT disappointed!! The place is clean, open, and the service is great! The quality of their work is amazing too! This was my first time getting gel manicures after months, and I was soooo happy with it! I initially asked for a gradation of dark red to black on my tips. The lady picked the colors on her own and got to work blending away...I will definitely be going back here for all my mani-pedi needs!

Great place!!! I've been going to this place since they opened. I always get gel mani and pedi . I love the quality of the job a lot. It stays very long. I have done it before my vocation and manicure...
Great place!!! I've been going to this place since they opened. I always get gel mani and pedi . I love the quality of the job a lot. It stays very long. I have done it before my vocation and manicure and pedicure stays like new for a month. I bring my friends here and they are always very happy with the result. I live pretty far from the place but it's worth the drive. I would never change this place for anything else.

Got my eyebrows waxed, I was hurried into a tiny little room by a rude woman. She was really rough, the wax was extremely hot. She put wax under each brow, on top and on the bridge let it sit then put the strip on. That was all she did! She got wax in my hair and little bits left on my skin. There are still errant hairs and they don’t look any better than when I went in. I was charged $15 for this literal 3 minute experience. Absolutely disgraceful. I would give no stars if I could. Incredibly difficult to communicate even the most basic things and the service was horrible. I got a pedicure with shellac but the woman just cut my nails and put the paint straight on, over my cuticles and dead skin, even just going past the nail entirely on small toes. It's very overpriced for what it is, $25, considering my friend got a full set of acrylic for $30. But even this manicure was badly done. Also I went at a quiet time so there was no rush at all to be used as an excuse.

They completely stuffed up my nails! I was there for ages waiting to get them off like an hour then they finally served me! I wanted the colour pink but then they said I couldn't have that colour so I had to choose another then they stuffed that colour up as well! Sadly after a trip out today I am less than satisfied. For my friend powder was left on her nails leaving white spots and strips, the nail technician scraped her skin on numerous occasions causing her to bleed (once can be understood but multiple times on the same nail) and best of all the fake nail wasn't attached to her own nail leaving a large gap between the two. Myself not as bad; I too have gaps between nails but also the fake nails are crooked and in even.

I went here on a total whim because a friend of mine swears by them.....and I was NOT disappointed!! The place is clean, open, and the service is great! The quality of their work is amazing too! This was my first time getting gel manicures after months, and I was soooo happy with it! I initially asked for a gradation of dark red to black on my tips.
