I scheduled a Swedish massage through Groupon with Wendy and it was a fabulous experience. I've had several professional massages in the past, and I can say with confidence Wendy is AMAZING at what she does. She's a lovely human with a heart of gold and hands of steel :) I would recommend her services to anyone.

I had a 60 min pedicure ink. Nail polish. Location, accessibility, service and comfort was superb.
Nails looked good afterwards and she gave his instructions, but I feel they didn't pay enough attent...

Nails looked good afterwards and she gave his instructions, but I feel they didn't pay enough attention to the calluses which is still occurring in both feet, and that was a bit of a disappointment to me as they're not done.
But all together as an experience it was very pleasant and the place was nice and clean. 😊

I am incredibly disappointed by a service I had done on Thursday, and the subsequent management of my concerns by staff. I received a gift voucher and opted to use it for a mani and a pedi. Being unable to book them together, I got the mani first. Here I will say, my French tips were completely absolutely beautifully and I loved them sick for a day and a half. That's when the cracks appeared. ... Literally. At first it was just the one nail, and I attributed it to knocking it on something. However, now only 2 nails remain intact, the rest have large cracks across them with varying degrees of flaking, and one has completely flaked off. When I raised my concerns with the staff, I was told that it is completely normal and felt very brushed off. Had I known they don't expect their product to last more than 2-4 days, I wouldn't have wasted my voucher or time. I have since spoken to another industry professional, who expressed their horror at the longevity of the product. And I must say, I've never experienced this using polish at home. Overall very disappointed and annoyed at the waste. See More

These girls are fantastic. All the staff are fully trained and it shows!! My waxes before, the beauticians always leave patches, but Ambiance is really particular and fussy which I like. They get all the hair and don't even hurt (much!!) Highly recommend you try them, wont be disappointed. Their brazilians and facials are the best!
