I have never had bad nails done here! all the women and one man I've seen doing nails here work very hard to give you exactly what you ask for. i've also never waited more than 10 mins for a chair.
the only people I'd trust with my nails!

Took my girlfriend here for her first time getting her nails done - she had her heart set on a flower design she found a picture of. Showed this to the boss who assured us he could deliver - I went to browse the shopping centre whilst her nails were worked on.
I got a text 30min later from my girlfriend who said they apparently couldn't do the flower from the pic after all, only some crappy examples they had already prepared - they only told her this half way thru the process, after the fake nails were already applied!!
They even made her pay before finishing the job!
Not recommended.

STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO COME HERE.
i recently got my nails done and am appalled by the quality considering the price i was charged. i got scammed by the owner because i was told my nails would last longer than regular acrylic and paid $70 +$15 for additional repairs just for french ombré.
my nails fell of days later and i had excruciating pain from a nail that cracked along the middle and ripped my skin along with the nail. the workers paid more attention to the customers next to me and we’re uninviting causing a poor job.
Never again will i be returning or recommending this nail salon to anyone wishing to get theirs done!!

First time getting my nails done here today and I'll be making this my regular nail salon. Owner was extremely friendly and was helpful in answering the queries that I had and the lady that did my nails was careful and professional. Best set of nails I have ever had! Recommend requesting Hien to do your acrylics, she's been working there for 5 years!

Got my nails done, paid $80 for a terrible manicure and beautiful arcrylics but they only lasted 5 days. Four of them flung off with minimal contact. I even had the week off work in order not to damag...
Got my nails done, paid $80 for a terrible manicure and beautiful arcrylics but they only lasted 5 days. Four of them flung off with minimal contact. I even had the week off work in order not to damage them. I went back today to ask for a refund.. at the very least on the arcrylics.. but was told they don’t do refunds or even store credits. I was able to show that the remaining nails were all starting to lift off and that replacing those that had already fallen off was useless because they were all done so poorly.
The owner of the business expressed how unfair it was to him that I expected my money back because he has done a service.. even though the service was not done properly.
I would completely avoid Professionail West Lakes

I've been having my SNS nails done here for almost 2 years & they've always been perfect. No issues at all. I'd highly recommend them to all.

$55 SNS lasted a week... just. 2 years of having SNS and that's a record. Never again.

First time getting my nails done here today and I'll be making this my regular nail salon. Owner was extremely friendly and was helpful in answering the queries that I had and the lady that did my nails was careful and professional. Best set of nails I have ever had! Got my nails done, paid $80 for a terrible manicure and beautiful arcrylics but they only lasted 5 days. Four of them flung off with minimal contact. I even had the week off work in order not to damage them. I went back today to ask for a refund.. at the very least on the arcrylics.. but was told they don’t do refunds or even store credits.
