Staff are super lovely and a great service. Nails look beautiful and well priced. Time was a bit off as took about 30 mins longer than initially told but worth it as look great! Definitely a returning customer here as the last few times never walked out unhappy. Keep up the good work Read Less

Worst customer service ever! removed my SNS by simply ripping them off, damaging my nails and stabbing me multiple times under my nails in the process. The mirrors behind the staff showed the faces of every other customer there, who all looked miserable and wincing in pain. I paid $20 to have my nails trashed and a coat of cheap clear nail polish applied. Save yourself the pain and time and go somewhere else. Will never visit this place again Read Less

These are the rudest nail technician I've ever encountered, they were clearly gossiping about all of us in the salon in a different language, one of them would say something then they would all look at one person and start laughing. I don't like confrontations but I even had to tell them how rude they were being. Average nail service, horrible service Read Less

Seeing the positive reviews and seeing that my friend got hers done here, and it was good I thought that it would be a good place to go. I was wrong. So very wrong. I don't even know where to start. I was booked in for 3:10pm and didn't get seen till 3:30pmI was told that it would take 20 minutes - 40 at most as I was only wanting a refill. Not full acrylics. It took nearly 2 hours.Well as the girl was buffing off the shellac she snapped two of my nails and made a snide comment on how it wouldn't happen if I had got them done there in the first place. The nails she snapped were my natural nails...She then started pulling off the acrylic ones I did have- without checking with me- and claiming it would cost extra as she would now need to do a full set of nails. I mentioned I was on break from work and didn't have time, but was assured it still wouldn't be any more than 45 minutes- since I have had places in the past that normally operate in that time I figured 'well ok...'She was buffing/sanding and started talking to her college, and her inattentive-ness caused her to cut into my skin, twice.The shellac and nails are so jagged, uneven and thick I have to go get them fixed tomorrow somewhere else. It's only saving grace was the lovely male who was at the register. He was very lovely, polite and apologetic as he could tell I was bleeding, flustered and very late back to work. He had A+++ service. I honestly had more bad things to say, but kept it abridged. IVery disappointed... Read Less
