While the lady was removing my set of acrylic nails she broke my real nail, drew blood, drilled over my bloody nail then put the drill head back into the glass with the other drill heads without disinfecting it. As if that wasn’t bad enough when she saw I was in pain didn’t want to continue my service and tried to charge me for removing my nails. I had to pay for a full set somewhere else on top of that. These guys should be shut down. Read Less

Went in for a repair on my nails and an eyebrow wax, walked out with half an eyebrow. When I pointed it out the girl tried to tell me she didn't do it! Very upset with the service and excuses. Not even an apology. Never going back! Read Less
