Excellent, friendly and polite service. I had acrylic nails done, with a matte finish (which I kindly asked for, and they provided). A lovely young girl Jess did my nails, great girl to talk to, very gentle and did a more than fantastic job on my nails! I'm over the moon. The money is worth it! This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My daughter and I wanted a special treat together so chose having our hands and toe nails shaped and painted. Despite my querring the rapid application of polish I was assured that it would be ok. Well after sleeping our polish was still soft. Bedsock marks on the toes, myriad of marks on the fingers. I contacted the shop and was rudely told that I could have damaged the nails within first hour of leaving. The manageress had no idea of customer service and how to handle such a situation. After repeatedly telling me that she did not believe me I was told I would have to prove the damage! Even after denting the polish more that 24 hours post treatment she was still denying responsibility. Poor service, poor information of services offered, poor poor poor! I expected better for the expensive price I paid. Tips were not sized to my nails properly so I have gaps on the side where you can clearly see my natural nail. big clumps of glue left under the nail. French powders were not filled down enough over the nail leaving them looking thick and heavy. The whole experience was rushed and unfriendly. Won't be back. Disappointing in every way. Read Less

Jane is fantastic and I like it that she uses a fresh new file for every client and that she only uses a file and there is no drill work (unless you want french nails). I regularly receive compliments on how nice my nails looks and now that I am having the gel nail polish my nails look as good at the end of the third week as they do the day I get them done. Read Less
