Recently I was able to come in without a booking to get a pedicure done. The girl who served me offered to use a razor on my heels for $5 extra add on which i was fine with. I didn't pay much attention to my heels until I got home and took off my thongs. It wasn't a big cut (which is why I've decided to write a review instead of driving a long way back to there) but the girl could've at least apologized instead of staying slient like nothing had happened. Where do I start?.. Yeh ok, nice location, good parking, pleasant suburb. I called up to make an appointment I asked to make it for 1:30pm.. The softly spoken girl had to check with her boss... After about 3 or 4 minutes of listening to a different dialect she responded with 'can we make it 1:35pm?.... Um yeh ok... got there at 1:27pm girl was ready to proceed with my nails. I needed a change of shellac colour for my fingers and toes. After slight conversation (which is kind of a miracle in these places) she discovered that I was from interstate.. Which at the end of my treatment meant 'charge her a ridiculous amount as we will never see her again' The dumb girl who did my toes filed them and not straight across like you're supposed to, she filed and CUT the sides! Crooked! A 12yr old could have done a better job with shaping!....  So now my poor big toe on each foot hurts so bad when I wear shoes, im suffering horrificly painful ingrowns on the sides of each toe Because of a stupid girl who more than likely isn't even qualified to carry out proper beauty treatments! She's just a relative or a friend that's helping out! I was charged $70.. So just beware because for that service (file off old shellac, paint new shellac for fingers and toes, which took around 15-20 mins)  shouldn't be more than around $30. And now I have a frikken toe ailment! Coz of those incompetent clowns. I have to soak my feet in Epsom salt every night to draw out the pus from the infection they've caused in the area and having to dab an antibacterial serum over the top which stings so bad!
