A friend of mine came into here and although the service is rubbish her nails turned out okay, but I was more concerned about the way it is paid it’s as if they need reassurance you should just know, it might just be me but it like their figuring out how much someone is willing to pay 🤷🏼♀️

Worst experience of my life! Started my nails and was telling me if I move my hands he will cut me when I wasn’t even moving my hands, kept twisting my hands which was causing pain I have arthritis so I asked him to stop so he started getting aggressive, he refused to do my nail art and refused to change the shape, in the end I got up and walked out which then he proceeded to abuse my daughter who continued to get her nails done so she also walked out!! He then followed us thru the centre calling us fat and my daughter is 5 months pregnant!! Absolutely gob smacked! Never feel like you have to sit thru abuse like that, get up and leave!! Horrible horrible man

Was absolutely shocked by the rudeness of the male owner. He seemed to have a real chip on his shoulder. Nails turned out fine, and the girls are very nice but I would never return if I had to deal with him! Can also be a big language barrier with some of the staff, so know what you want before you go in. They pride themselves on being FAST so questions and indecision are NOT appreciated. No time (or desire) to discuss or explain.

Had my nails done Tuesday the owner was so rude. Kept ranting on about people who smoke , people can’t afforded food but get the nails done , people who don’t save and live week to week, he had nothing nice to say just whinged and ranted. He said if I keep moving my hands that he will cut me saying you think your helping me but your not. if was just force of habit I couldn’t help it at all. If he hadn’t already started I would have walk out.

I had my nails done today,by the male owner,he was the rudest nail technician I've ever encounted,and I've been having my nails done for 30 years.all he did was talk himself up,and was Soo rude,and argumentative,if he hadn't started I'd have got up and walked out!!! I will never ever go back and will tell ppl about my experience.

I got the acrylic shellac full set and paid $60 when i questioned the price they started yelling god knows what in their language, my sister got the same thing at the Elizabeth...

I got the acrylic shellac full set and paid $60 when i questioned the price they started yelling god knows what in their language, my sister got the same thing at the Elizabeth store the next day and only paid $50. The service is disgraceful, lucky if there's 1 person in there who can speak English. No matter the location these people are UnprofessioNails

Asked for pedicure with shellac. The shellac was taken off with tweezers and a filed off which has damaged my nails. The service was rushed. Nails barely filed (2-3 files max on big toes none on other...
Asked for pedicure with shellac. The shellac was taken off with tweezers and a filed off which has damaged my nails. The service was rushed. Nails barely filed (2-3 files max on big toes none on other toes) I was asked to put my feet in the water and after removal of shellac I had moisture put on feet and two strokes on heels with what looked like a very used exfoliator which was basically smooth brushed over each heel. There were two other ladies in two that arrived a long time before me having same procedure who were still there by time I was paying so perhaps I just was unlucky in who was performing service. Definitely not a pedicure with $50. When I asked if perhaps I had requested wrong service none of the staff could speak English and made me feel very uncomfortable and like I needed to get out of way and had no time to assist me with me query. My big toe nails are also filed on an obvious wrong angle. Just perhaps make sure you are very clear of what you request.
