Used to be very good. The girls and I go for a little girl time. Last time was a struggle to get what we wanted, just kept looking wrong. Had to be redone several times. Today we were rushed to pick polish. The whole time the three ladies talked to each other in Vietnamese to each other and barely even spoke to us. The customer service has definitely went down hill and they really don’t seem to care about pleasing the customer. Will no longer go here. Sorry too many places to choose from to pay this kind of money for a design we don’t like and poor customer service!

They were not busy at all, made us wait about 30 minutes. They rushed mine and my girlfriends pedicures. I asked for the Orange Peel pedicure and got a basic, they somehow managed it stab the side of my toe. No idea how they managed that. Awful experience. Never coming back here again.

This was the best pedicure I have ever gotten and I have gotten pedicures at many places. I got the orange peel special and for only $50 was pampered with an amazing massage, followed by a hot stone massage, orange sugar scrub, and the best polish ever!!! Tony took his time and I left feeling Amazing!!!

I'm so white - think so white I can't find foundation. I like my tans to be really - really! - dark. So usually I have this problem where salons don't listen to me, like they look at me and say 'oh you can go this dark' and I say 'no seriously, my skin CAN take it and I DO suit it so much.' But they don't listen or they just don't feel confident to take it to the next level. The lady who tanned me here listened to me and she customised the tan so it went on perfectly smooth, developed into a really rich colour and it lasted ages. Def. one of the best tans I've had! xx

I got a gel manicure here and the same day they've chipped! That should NOT happen ever! The only good thing I can say about this place is they have over 300 gel colors to choose from. My nails looked nice when I walked out. But I know they aren't going to last 2+ weeks like from other salons. The massage sucked too. Don't go there!!!

Got a pedicure still have polish on my skin toes not buffed well so can see my toenail lines cuticles not trimmed all The way so can see where polish is over the cuticle line on my toes. Toenails not shaped to be in a perfect square and now each toenail is at an angle. Spoke to owner she was very gracious to read do however it was late in the evening and I did not want to sit and have them redone tonight however gave me a card to tell me to come back during the week So we will see since now my toenails need to grow out some prior to having done again. Will not return again for a pedicure.oh and to add they still made me pay the full price for an unhappy customer

I went here for the very first time a few weeks ago and I love it!! The service is wonderful!! Very nice women working who talk with you and give amazing service. And I loved my nails! So many color choices it made my decision oddly hard. I really love the elegant set up they have there! I would definitely recommend to go to Paradise Nails!

Used to be very good. The girls and I go for a little girl time. Last time was a struggle to get what we wanted, just kept looking wrong. Had to be redone several times. Today we were rushed to pick polish. The whole time the three ladies talked to each other in Vietnamese to each other and barely even spoke to us. They were not busy at all, made us wait about 30 minutes. They rushed mine and my girlfriends pedicures. I asked for the Orange Peel pedicure and got a basic, they somehow managed it stab the side of my toe. No idea how they managed that. Awful experience. Never coming back here again.
