The persons attitude was one of bored with her job There was a a slight attempt at exfoliation Clipped my skin so I am bleeding , unhygienic using tools that had not been sterilized , a buffing pad that had dead skin cells all over it. My feet look slightly better but none of the dead skin cells were removed. I feel very angry at such a waste of my time and my money. I guess that’s why they get you to pay before the service I went straight to a chemist to buy some eucalyptus oil, I am feeling very fearful of a fungal nail infection now. Don’t waste your time or money going to this place I don’t normaly write reviews but I am so disappointed in the lack of good service I find in Australia. Terrible service. I paid $40 to have a pedicure done. The person doing my nails spent nearly the whole time talking to her colleague and not looking at my toe nails. My toe nails were uneven and I had to ask a number of times to fix them. I then asked to have the blade used on my heels and they wanted to charge an extra $10. No cuticle cream was used prior to cutting the cuticles which cause the cutting to be very sore. She also didn’t clean my nails. I would not recommend going here. Very poor service! Read Less

The staff were very friendly to me but it took them almost 2 hours to do an acrylic refill! I left with 5 fingers bleeding, unevenly shaped nails and blood on their utensils. I was too nervous to say anything to the woman doing my nails but I later said to the man at the front counter that my fingers were bleeding from this woman being too rough and he didn't respond to me!? TERRIBLE, only went there because i received a gift card for Xmas, I will never go there again, asked for a full set of gel nails as i am allergic to acrylic, made this clear when I booked and again before the girl started, I was reassured that it was "gel powder" they were using, next day all my fingers are swollen cracked and bleeding, same reaction i get from acrylic! So I called and spoke to store manager to express my disappointment and to ask about coming back to have them taken off. Because of this but he just argued with me and said i was wrong and he didn't know what i was talking about. Horrible, all the staff were unfriendly, they put on a full set of false nails on when I requested just shellac. The quality was bad and she was rough making me bleed. Lack of cuminicatiom between the staff meaning that I have been sitting at home with a bottle of acetone trying to remove them. Never going back. Read Less

Terrible Terrible Experience!!! Don't ever go there...!!The manager is terribly rude. Thieves.!!!Got nails done yesterday and already chipping today.  I have sensitive skin and I made the mistake of asking the lady attending me about what lotion was she using for my pedicure. She spoke to her manager in their language and he stomped over to me and asked me to leave if I wasn't happy with whatever they were using. I have complete rights to ask about what that lotion was. I could have been allergic to it. The tone he used with me was insulting.I was close to tears.Never ever stepping in there. Bad staff. Terrible products. Nail Polish chipped in less than 24 hours. Massage was tenderly touching calves and patting them for 5 minutes and 2 minutes for the foot massage. They brought out a dreadful looking bladed tool to scale the feet and pushed back the cuticles until they bled.The staff don't speak English either so whenever the girls look at you and talk amongst each other in their language and giggle, you end up feeling that they might be talking about you and how the manager insulted you in front of everyone!!!Never stepping there again. I'm not going to write a very detailed review because this happened incident happened a year or so ago and I can't quite remember the full story. The point is that I wouldn't recommend this store to NOBODY, not even my worst enemy. I went to this salon with my mother for my birthday and we decided to get a pedicure and manicure, we did the manicure first which was okay.. Wasn't that good looking and all around my cuticles were cut up and bleeding, they didn't care at all. My cuticles were hideous.The pedicure.. Never again would I put my foot in that tub. It was going swell until they did this weird thing I don't even know what the point was in doing it honestly.. They had this metal tool and I think they were trying to clean around my nail and in the cuticle? NEVER AGAIN. I have had pedicured from this guys before this incident and everything was good and they never did this step in my treatment.. So when they did it this time I was really shocked and I thought it would be nice.. Until I was in agony. They seriously didn't care. I asked them to stop quite a few times but they ignored me and laughed. It felt like she was stabbing me in the foot with a really blunt knife.. It was the worst pain I've ever felt. I was in tears.. Then she painted my nails.. After she painted my nails which I loved she was cleaning up the tub..? She hit my feet so many times cleaning up my nail polish went EVERYWHERE! and  I asked her to fix up HER mistake I would be charged a fortune just to fix it!?It turned out I got a really bad infection which took 1-2 years to clear up and a lot of agony with what they did to my foot. I've had mani/pedi's in nail places like this one before and they have been amazing, this one was shocking! It was a case of how quick can we turn over customers to make a buck and no care whatsoever. No pedicure just a nail cut and paint and my shellac on my fingernails didn't even last 3 days. I should preface by saying I'm not keen on cheap beauty treatments (unless it's a voucher where you get quality for peanuts). I'm of the opinion that you definitely get what you pay for in this arena of life. So I've only visited this place when desperate for a pedi or mani at 4pm on a Saturday arvo. However, you'll be lucky if your polish hasn't started to chip off by morning. The technicians are not the most gentle for sensitive tootsies like mine and the majority of the workers barely speak English, which is fine if you'd rather zone out but not the best for communication. The best thing about it is you don't need to make an appointment and they have so many staff and work-stations that if you hang around for a short time they'll likely get you in. In a nutshell - if you like nails salons on the cheap then this is the place for you! Read Less
