I called up and booked mani/pedi $55 and with shellac i think it was an extra $20. It was suggest to me to get SNS and i was told it would be $60 so i agreed. It was only SNS on the hands as the feet ...
I called up and booked mani/pedi $55 and with shellac i think it was an extra $20. It was suggest to me to get SNS and i was told it would be $60 so i agreed. It was only SNS on the hands as the feet had already been started. I ended up paying $135 in total. The price was not clearly explained to me. No mention of $135. It was worded so I'd think it was $60 in total. The pedicure had also started so i was charged mani plus SNS. My skin on one of my fingers split at the edge due to the filing. My heels started to sting the nect day and it lasted almost 2 weeks because so much fresh skin was taken off. Sorry, but if you had told me $135 i would have said no. For this i wont be returning ever again.

Amazing experience here and excellent job by Lyn. I went to so many nail Saloon’s and got disappointed but here they do for our money’s worth. Great customer service as no language barrier. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Amazing salon and fantastic staff. Having had acrylic and shellac for years and recently out of chemo my nails were horrible. Highly recommend! Loving my new natural sns nails. Thank you so much.

Having returned from living overseas I needed to find a nail salon so tried The Polished Lounge as it is near to home. I have not been disappointed, perfect nails every time thank you to Ly & Tina.

This place is the best! My nails never looked better or lasted as long before. I love coming here, the staff are so friendly and incredibly skilled, prices are great, just all round 10/10 experience.

After my like 1000th trip to Polished Lounge today I have to say they are simply the best. My nails are so so so strong, the shape is emasculate, the price is really great, the staff take very good care of you to make sure you are happy with what they do. They DO NOT upsell or try to push anything on you, infact they've given me great discounts and haven't charged when I've come in with a broken nails. I recommend this place to everyone, and am constantly complimented on my nail shape and the amazing chrome/metallic colors they have available (which a lot of places don't!). 10/10!

I recently visited for a deluxe pedicure and massage with my mum who was visiting from the USA.The place is bright and clean and staff were friendly.I had just had my feet washed and they were using a blade to remove dead skin from my heels. The staff member cut my foot. I didn't realise at first until my foot was placed back in the water. It was a deep cut and bled profusely. They provided a bandaid. I was charged the full price. I was unable to put weight on that heel due to the pain. The bandaid bled through. A week on and it's still healing. It was a chunk removed from the heel and is still extremely sore.No apology, no reduction on the cost. I'd never go back.

After my like 1000th trip to Polished Lounge today I have to say they are simply the best. My nails are so so so strong, the shape is emasculate, the price is really great, the staff take very good care of you to make sure you are happy with what they do. They DO NOT upsell or try to push anything on you, infact they've given me great discounts and haven't charged when I've come in with a broken nails. I recommend this place to everyone, and am constantly complimented on my nail shape and the amazing chrome/metallic colors they have available (which a lot of places don't!). 10/10!

I recently visited for a deluxe pedicure and massage with my mum who was visiting from the USA.The place is bright and clean and staff were friendly.I had just had my feet washed and they were using a blade to remove dead skin from my heels. The staff member cut my foot. I didn't realise at first until my foot was placed back in the water. It was a deep cut and bled profusely. They provided a bandaid. I was charged the full price.
