Completely terrible experience. Staff spent the entire time on their phones and were not paying attention. Nails look horrible. Color is inconsistent and shaping is all over the place. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!! The Vietnamese staff are dodgy and Rude!! And Kelly is moody and random and CHARGES INCONSISTENTLY!! She just makes up the price as she feels like it! She generally does refills for around or under $20 and last week I had a slight amount of refills (so not much to even refill) & she charged me $40!! For a tiny bit of small refill! When to do the entire set of nails it's $25!! And I'd only been there x2 weeks beforehand & she overcharged me then too for $55 when it every other time was $25! Absolute rip off!!! These guys are so unprofessional!! Located in a dodgy little store in North Adelaide they are as dodgy as they look!!! My friend and I went in there because she's been going there for a few years and thought they might be good with loyalty! But the more you go there the worse they are!Not only are they rude, they do a terrible job! And they don't even do the standard stuff that you are actually paying for! The owner kelly was so obnoxious! She did my nails and didn't even do my cuticles, they didn't mousturise or get the dust off, they made me walk out with filthy powdery and dusty hands - no moisturiser or anything and kept me waiting in the middle of having them done. Eg. They start you - then they stop for anywhere up to 45mins while they did another manicure & pedicure! Then they came back to me!Not only do they do a completely unsatisfactory job the charge over inflated prices! My friends refills cost her $40! (When she generally gets them for anywhere from $15-$20) & she only just got them done and they charged her $55!! So that's $95 in x2wks!!! Mine were $55 too when they told me $25! Absolutely love this place, best nails I've ever had! Been going here for 5/6 years, love the great service and price! I also get my lips and eyebrows waxed and Kelly does such a good job! My nails look great too, I get a shellac pedicure and manicure every time I come and I just love the quality of my nails! My shellac nails lasts so long and it doesn't chip at all, although, I get them redone every 2-3 weeks because my nails have grown out. Would absolutely recommend Excel nails to everyone! I've been going to Excel Nails for years now. Every time I leave I feel extremely satisfied. They take their time to make sure each individual nail is perfectly manicured and painted perfectly. I could not recommend this place anymore I've been to other nail stores in Marion and Glenelg and they are horrible you are paying for them to literally take 10 minutes to do a quick shellac and it ends up coming off the next couple of days. Whereas, I had shellac done in November at Excel Nails and I still have it on now, this is because they take their time to make sure the colour is on correctly.
