This is a review primarily of the day spa although I have had mani/pedis at the nail salon as well and have no complaints. The staff at the day spa are courteous and professional. I have had waxing inc g-string, facials and mani/pedis. The day spa itself has a nice, relaxing atmosphere. Pricing is reasonable too. And I like having the option to book appointments online. Lucy is incredible! Hands down, best Brazilian wax I've ever had. I'm an esthetician myself and have been waxed by countless talented professionals. I've been seeing Lucy for over 3 years and every time I leave a session with her I'm in awe of her talent. She's lightening fast, has incredible technique, and has an infectious personality. I first noticed something wrong when I over heard the lady doing my friends pedicure that she asked if, "those (supplies) were clean", in Vietnamese not realising I was Vietnamese. Also noticed nothing was labeled sanitized or not. Then when the same lady came over to do my manicure she was so careless with cutting my nails that with every finger she attempted to clip 5 times before being successful. She dropped tools on the floor as if she was tossing them around, even a co worker told her, "that's on the floor" and she said she will pick it up later. She had an, "I'm over this job attitude." And did not have me wash my hands once after removing the shellac and painted over the powder residue left. She also after using a brush put it back into a cabinet instead of a container that indicated it was used. She did a very sloppy job with my nails leaving paint around my nails. Disappointed that I took my friend here only to realise it was unsanitary and also unprofessional.Read Less

very disgusted, I have been to the salon three times now, all three have left me with either a nail infection, bleeding nails or sores around my fingers! they do not sterilize their nail machines, obviously. never going there again. and the service is always poor. Read Less
