I purchased a gift voucher from Deluxe Nail Spa for $100 as a gift for my partner on 04/05/17. Upon purchase I was told that the voucher was redeemable in store and that in the instance of loss, I was told to present detail of the transaction and speak to the store manager for a replacement voucher. Unfortunately the gift voucher was lost, and I attempted to contact the manager directly on 03/06/17 via the business' Facebook page. I didn't receive a response, so I visited the... store in person on 04/06/17 to speak directly to the manager Jess. I had the original receipt, transaction detail, and made note of the fact that the gift voucher had my partner's name written on it. The manager refused to honour the gift voucher and stated that the store is not responsible for lost gift vouchers. The store's policy of replacing lost vouchers is misleading and deceptive. They didn't even offer a discount, reimbursement, or simple apology for giving deceiving info regarding their gift voucher policy. Poor service. See More Read Less
