When they first opened it was nice! Then I started to feel rushed every time I went. They're such a busy salon that they try and rush to get as many people in as possible. Not to mention everyone can't do shellac manicures and depending on how fast they're trying to get you out, your shellac mani won't be sealed properly. I walked in having never been here. Just wanted a pedicure. WOW! Very big manicure area. Hundreds of colors to choose from. Very clean. As I soaked my feet, I looked at their Facebook page to read reviews. OMG--according to reviews, I should have grabbed my shoes and ran out of there!! But at this point, I felt committed. I was in desperate need of a pedicure so I stayed. BEST decision ever!!! I'm 58 years old. Been to spa's in almost every state. This was the BEST!! About 3.../4 of the way done, I turned to the lady seated beside me and said "if they don't have this place in Heaven, I am not going"!!! A little pricey for me $$$70.00 and up. It was worth it!!! My boyfriend and I stopped in at 5 pm on a Sunday, and was immediately greeted by the receptionist; and nail tech shortly there after (very rare on a Sunday). I was instructed to select a nail color from the biggest selection I've ever seen. After being seated at our pedicure station, which was aside from the rest of the salon and beautifully decorated, we were offered a complimentary beverage of our choice. Unfortunately, I messed up the nail polish on my big toe, but my nail tech took care of it immediately after I brought it to her attention with no problem at all. The entire salon had a peaceful atmosphere, from the choice of background music to the scent that did not mimic the horrible smell found in most nail salons. Awesome place to go for pedicures. I always opt for the VIP room and get grade A service. Pedicures are $1/min so you def get what you pay for. After a certain amount spent you receive a complimentary neck and shoulder massage while your nails are drying. Michelle was my tech and was very thorough, toes looked great for a wedding I was in. Use to like this place. ...no longer offer massage pedicure chairs, tech scrubbed so hard tore my skin, the air is turned up and they have now shortened the length of time they are to be with each customer. I wish I could give a 0 star rating to this company! the only reason you get 1 star is for the fancy toilet that you allowed my friend to rest her bottom on. Please do not shove my friends bc that looks bad on customer service and We do not appreciate it. If zero stars were an option I would give this place that. The place looks gorgeous however the staff is rude and my nails turned out terrible. I went the day before my wedding last week for a manicure and pedicure. I believe the technician's name was Julie. The pedicure started off ok until she cut my big toe claiming I had a hang nail (which I didnt). One week later it is still infected and painful. The manicure was the worst nail experience I have ever had. She cut eve...ry one of my cuticles to the point of bleeding and my wedding photographer couldnt take any photos of my hands. I picked out a light pink gel polish that I wanted on top of my full set. She told me not to do that and she would do something better. She used a powder and turned my nails bright orange. When I told her that was the wrong color she said some nasty words to the girl next to me. She then tried to use a brown powder to change the color. The nails were horrific looking. I finally stopped her and asked her to please do what I asked for and use the gel color. The entire time she was talking nasty about me to ger fellow technicians. I may not fully understand the language but it was very apparent. The girl I was with understood them and said they were making fun of me the whole time. Then, in English she told me I needed to stop talking and she slapped my hands. How inappropriate! My nails turned out terribe. There was nail polish all over my fingers and hands and globs of powder stuck on the under side. The edges of my nails werent even painted. The worst part is it took 3 hours at the salon and made me late to my wedding rehearsal. No one even apologize and it cost me $250 for me and my sister in law. Her nails turned out just as bad. Just got my nails done here. I've been going to Solar nails every other week. They are good but the service here was amazing! They are a little more expensive but worth it! Aside from that, they had more than enough staff to handle the amount of people that were here for mother's day weekend. The drinks and refreshments were a great top to the professionalism!
