Well I will never be going back to this salon again... I have over many years spent my time & a lot of money in this salon...However today we were running 10 minutes later for our appt. When we arrived an arrogant male with the absolute lack of customers service confronted me (in front of all the clients & staff) about their policy of people running late for their appoints. Refusing to let this man to ‘stand grand’ in front of the others people present, I signalled for him to have this discussion in a more private situation. He tried to explained to me how later appts were against their policy... I pointed out to him on every appointment I have had within this salon I have been kept waiting, not just 10 minutes, but 15, 20 minutes plus. And how my time is also important to ME...He laughed!!!!! To cut the story short we left this salon as I was not willing to spend one cent of my hard earn money in a business. Read Less
