2nd time I have ever had my nails done and it was a terrible experience and the customer service was deplorable. I went to get an infill done and was told to wait 5 mins. Later, she began my nails and not only was she yanking my hand she then told me to hurry up with my nail colour selection. She was then disrupted by a car alarm, food being brought in and talking to other staff in her native language. Once I chose a colour she applied it several times. Then, kept pointing to the UV light instead of politely asking to put my hand under. Lastly, she was on her phone whilst my hands were drying and then made a phone call! Once I was done, I asked the girl (when paying) if I could please talk to a supervisor to about my feedback and she pointed to the lady who just did my nails, her name is Kim. Kim didn't offer if I liked my nails or if I was even happy with them. She rushed my nails. She asked what my problem was and I explained to her my issues. She then replied with how Kim had to keep in touch with someone overseas. The phone call could've waited until there was a break and some acknowledgement to the paying customer would have been nice. They are fantastic! We went to the Southgate Plaza one - and my nails are the best I've ever had them looking! Next time we're going to the Aldinga Salon - it's a bit bigger and she needs the business! A lovely young couple, the husband does nails too - she taught him! A brilliant experience and they're cheaper than most salons! Read Less
