Quality was horrible! Thick uneven and ugly! I had to get them redone and the new nail salon thought it was a home job. The owner was rude, and wouldn’t listen when I wanted simple Acrylic nails (kept telling me I needed to pay for a more expensive service) and when I said no they wouldn’t talk to me. Absolutely love this place, best nails I've ever had. Been going here for ages. Every time I leave I feel extremely satisfied. I always get SNS on my hands and shellac on my feet, I just love the quality of my nails! It lasts so long and it doesn't chip at all. I’ve been going to this place for over a year and I think they are lovely. My nails are always fantastic and the same price so I don’t understand some negative comments. Cindy and the girls are great and always friendly. Sometimes if they are very busy I have to wait a short time but they are always very accommodating. Highly recommend this place. I think luxury nail and spa Mawson lakes is the best such lovely ladies who always have a chat and make you feel welcome! Reasonable prices and my nails always seem to last 4 to 6! Cindy you have an amazing team working for you! And I think if u have people coming in asking u to remove there shellac you have a right to charge them! If you do decide to go to this place and for some reason you're not happy don't bother even saying anything. You'll be told its all your own fault and then the owner will scoff and be as rude as possible to you even if you've been a good client for years. Just a disgraceful display of poor customer service and greediness i won't be supporting anymore. I'd actually give minus 5 stars if i could. The manager/owner informed my partner upon arrival of one price for her manicure and pedicure, then after the service another girl charged her $10 more. Not only did they argue the point but the manager then claimed she never told my partner the price in the first place. Keep in mind the price was on a price list at the counter with the cheaper price. They argued the point and never gave my partner the advertised price, still overcharged her! Read Less

Cindy and her team work very hard and do a great job. Great range of colours, also do waxing. I'm made very welcome and feel very respected. Bring nice works from both side's I have witnessed some very rude customers and I am not sure why some go into a business with this attitude. If you are not happy, walk out. The staff are so friendly...i can't believe some of the reviews i have read..listen to what the staff tell you and you will only be charged for that service and you won't have a problem. I find the service at this salon to be outstanding. While yes, the staff speak to one another in their own language, I always find that they speak to me respectfully & nicely. I have not had a set of Acrylics I don't like yet. Nor have I had a shellac pedicure I'm not happy with. I'm always greeted by my name and farewelled when I leave the salon. And on occasions when I've gone to 'walk in' I've been asked to come back after a certain timeframe. All the ladies here do a wonderful job, and the owner is as 'hands on' & involved as they come.
