I’ve done my nailes there four times now. The overal feeling was always about them rushing all the time. I had different technician every time bu my today's experience was really the lowest. I booked my appointment by phone. Waited 10 minuts to get started and then was left for 15 minuts with aceton on my nailes, when my technician attended two women who just walked in without appointment. Then she rushed so much with my sns, she didn’t put an oil on my cuticles at the end of my session and left me with the product on my skin around my nailes. I need to find a new place, I am afraid. I had much better technicians before, but they are not introducing themselves so I do not know they names. What a shame, I am a local and love to support local businesses.

After terrible experiences in different nail salons. I found the place.
I get shellac nail polish and it is consistently done well. My nail tech did a great job and it was amazingly relaxing. One thing i like about Crystal Nail is the staffs are super welcoming, treat you with great respect. The owner knows how to maintains her customer satisfaction standards, I respect that. The silk message they do during the pedicure is THE BEST. The shop is clean and tidy.
All and all, great shop and great experience. I absolutely LOVE this place!!

My friends came here all the time and she recommends it to me. I'm not usually get my nails done because my nail actually quite thin and weak, but when I came here they recommended me to have the Sns done because it helps my nails grow out more strong and healthy so I had full set of Sns here and I was surprised because it lasted pretty long. The colour a bit bright but in the good way. The girl did my nails was very gentle and very nice to me. My nails grown faster and more strong. Definitely go back here. Will be a regular

The best nails place I have ever visited, absolutely love it. I had pedicure done and acrylic refill with the gel colour, they did really good job it turned out perfectly, the gel colour last for about almost a month. Staffs were so nice to me. Definitely go back and get my nails done again.

The quality of pedicure is awful. I was visiting Adelaide last year and visited this place a few times while in was in town and they did s decent job. This time the last 2 pedicures I have had there have been hurried and they have done a poor job. They have lost me and my mum as clients. (Mum was a regular).

I love Crystal Nails. I've been going here since before they had to change their name from Isis (unfortunate coincidence).Everyone's always friendly and welcoming. My sisters and I love coming here. They always do a great job of my nails and remember me even if I haven't been in for a while.They're affordable and do a great job.Highly recommend.

I’ve done my nailes there four times now. The overal feeling was always about them rushing all the time. I had different technician every time bu my today's experience was really the lowest. I booked my appointment by phone. Waited 10 minuts to get started and then was left for 15 minuts with aceton on my nailes, when my technician attended two women who just walked in without appointment. Then she rushed so much with my sns, she didn’t put an oil on my cuticles at the end of my session and left me with the product on my skin around my nailes. I need to find a new place, I am afraid. I had much better technicians before, but they are not introducing themselves so I do not know they names. What a shame, I am a local and love to support local businesses.

I get shellac nail polish and it is consistently done well. My nail tech did a great job and it was amazingly relaxing. One thing i like about Crystal Nail is the staffs are super welcoming, treat you with great respect. The owner knows how to maintains her customer satisfaction standards, I respect that. My friends came here all the time and she recommends it to me.
