Further to my review yesterday. My review was definitely for your Salon at Ingle Farm. I had to tell the operator three times that my toenails were not cut evenly and to tell her that she had omitted to add the second coat of polish on one of my toes. Again a most unfriendly, non professional experience.

Really enjoy my experience every time. Good quality. Very happy. Will always go back. Beautiful people and great funny personalities.

Worst place ever wouldn’t send my worst enemy there got sns done they burnt my nails made around my fingers bleed and then to top it off my partner turned up with my 2yr old who started to cry and was asked to leave cause they couldn’t stand a baby crying they speak to each other in there own language then start to laugh worst place I’ve ever been never again

Terrible service. I got SNS done and they completely rushed it. Told me to tell them when it got hot which I have never had anywhere else, and then looked eextremely annoyed when they burnt me. I asked if they had time as it was getting near the end of the day and they said yes but if they didn't want to do it they should have said no instead of rushing. The color is beautiful but completely ruined from a bumpy and streaky top coat, there are gaps near the cuticle where the powder hasn't stuck and it's extremely uneven. I would not recommend.

Worst place ever! Got my acrylic set done 5 days ago- 1 nail broke yesterday- paid $5 to get one nail repair that too which i got done 5 days ago (these people should at least have a courtesy to do at least one nail repair for free) But no! Anyhow, today again another nail broke- today was public holiday and so is tomorrow- and it's my birthday tomorrow! What am I supposed to do??? Can't get anything done today/tomorrow! Will have to wonder around at my party without one nail!!!😡 DISGUSTING PLACE!

I got the kids manicure and spa pedicure. The staff all spoke in another language to each other, they cut my cuticle too much therefore causing it to bleed and the nail polish is already chipping the following day. The only thing I liked was the massage chairs. The staff also speak terrible english. When I got home my toe was in alot of pain. I don't recommend to anyone.

I had to tell the operator three times that my toenails were not cut evenly and to tell her that she had omitted to add the second coat of polish on one of my toes. Terrible service. I got SNS done and they completely rushed it. Told me to tell them when it got hot which I have never had anywhere else, and then looked eextremely annoyed when they burnt me. I asked if they had time as it was getting near the end of the day and they said yes but if they didn't want to do it they should have said no instead of rushing. The color is beautiful but completely ruined from a bumpy and streaky top coat, there are gaps near the cuticle where the powder hasn't stuck and it's extremely uneven. I would not recommend.

I got the kids manicure and spa pedicure. The staff all spoke in another language to each other, they cut my cuticle too much therefore causing it to bleed and the nail polish is already chipping the following day. The only thing I liked was the massage chairs. The staff also speak terrible english. When I got home my toe was in alot of pain. I don't recommend to anyone.
