The first time I went in they filed off my shellac instead of soaking off, it hurt SO much, felt like my fingers were on fire. Then the buffer they used was SO OLD and rough (the cuts on my thumbs are from it) I’m pretty sure the buffers are supposed to be fresh for each new person. At least they have been at every other nail place I’ve been too.
The nail polish was almost empty but instead of swapping to a different colour like I suggested she just put acetone in the shellac to dilute it. Once I got home I noticed that the top coat wasn’t fully coated on any of my nails and was still sticky.
I went back the next day to complain and I was only able to have them redone.
I got them redone and requested them to be soaked off, but they still used the gross old buffers which continued to hurt my fingers. The first colour shellac I chose was also almost empty so I chose another one, which ended up also being a struggle to get enough to finish the nails. It was definitely a better job but I have only been at home for 5 hours doing next to nothing with my hands and already one of the nails has chipped.
SHOCKING experience and I will never go back. Avoid at all costs.

Worst mani pedi of my life. They applied the nail polish SO thick without drying it properly, that even after an entire hour the paint smudges off. Avoid this place!

I'm keep coming here for do my nails few years, always happy with the job these girls do, they're very profession. specially they have so many colors to choose from.

Never going to this place again...the salon is filthy and the staff are rude and disinterested. A lady came in to have her underarm waxed and the staff looked at each other and just laughed in front ...
Never going to this place again...the salon is filthy and the staff are rude and disinterested. A lady came in to have her underarm waxed and the staff looked at each other and just laughed in front of her while she was left standing at the reception and then argued over who was going to do the waxing then one of them very reluctantly got up. It was very embarrassing and i am surprised the customer stayed.

I was really unhappy with my experience today.. I went for a simple pedicure. Aside from quite disinterested and unfriendly staff, I left there with bleeding skin above nails (really sore, on both big toes), no apology for cutting my skin badly, and when I got home 3 of my nails have large chips and clumps in the polish.. so not only did I pay $35 for this unsatisfactory experience, I now need to go and get a pedicure again as my toes look scrappy... not happy..

Then the buffer they used was SO OLD and rough (the cuts on my thumbs are from it) I’m pretty sure the buffers are supposed to be fresh for each new person. At least they have been at every other nail place I’ve been too.
