Have been going here for a while. As of recent the quality of service has been terrible. The past two times my Acrylic nails have been horrible with my nail beds being all cut up due to lack of attention to detail. They have been very poorly filed and the colours have turned out with bubbles all through them. I would personally not recommend going here nor will I be returning.

Pedicure was very good. However, the nail polish brand they use does not stay on for long. They do not use Opi or essie.

Do not go here! I went here because I couldn’t get in to my usual place and they are rubbish. My SNS is so thick that it looks like acrylic, they are uneven and the whole time the “technician” was grinding my skin with the file. Every time I complained about the shape or finish he said it would be fine at the end and they weren’t. He used soo much glue for the tips that it was uncomfortable and when I asked him to remove the nails he laughed at me. Absolutely disgusting!

This is quite literally the worst nail salon I have ever been to - so much so, I'm compelled the give them a review. I got a pedicure here, the technician did a very patchy job and the polish kept bubbling and wouldn't dry. I sat in the chair for an hour before I said I needed to leave bc there's no way it takes this long. Eventually they figured out the issue was with the dodgy top coat they were using (which upon finding out, they put straight back in their drawer to continuing using). The polish literally pushed straight off my nails as a thick goo and ruined my shoes. It's clearly fake OPI. Instead of apologising, they demanded payment claiming they technically did a pedicure - bc regardless if they paint the nail or not, it's the same price. Other women in the salon were having the same issues around me. Avoid like the plague.

Don't ever get waxed here. Came in for a full arm wax and got my arm burnt and bruised. No apologies given just excuses that my skin is too sensitive and hair too long. In the ten years I've been waxing, ultimately the worst waxing experience ever.

Meh, I really have experienced better. My pedicure consisted of soaking my feet, a little scrub of my heals, cutting back nails, taking old polish off and applying new polish (not even with a base coat which helps polish stay on longer!) My feet had more cracks and dry skin from them being soaked too long and not having lotion applied after soaking. I know, you get what you pay for but come on a little lotion is not that big of an expense!This nail salon is located on Jetty Rd. and can get very busy but there is always only one person working. It could also use a good cleaning/ update.

Meh, I really have experienced better. My pedicure consisted of soaking my feet, a little scrub of my heals, cutting back nails, taking old polish off and applying new polish (not even with a base coat which helps polish stay on longer!) My feet had more cracks and dry skin from them being soaked too long and not having lotion applied after soaking. I know, you get what you pay for but come on a little lotion is not that big of an expense!This nail salon is located on Jetty Rd. and can get very busy but there is always only one person working. It could also use a good cleaning/ update.
