Terrible experience, terrible quality and terrible tears were all the things involved in my hair appointment at Frankie the hair and beauty. I should of known it wasn’t going to end well when I got told she doesn’t have enough time. I have had my hair dyed all the colours of the rainbow so I’m not afraid of bright colours. I walked in showed pictures of the desired colour I would like and even picked the shade of red I would like from their book. I was told that it was simple too bright and that I shouldn’t do. Which first of all is just plain rude. It’s my hair. I get to decide what happens to it. My hair came out basically the same brown colour with a reddish shade which you could hardly notice which I had before I walked into the salon. Ohh except for the regrowth section of my hair which was a completely different colour. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Unless you would like to waste your money. In which case just drop the money off and run for the hills. On your way to the hills stop off at Coles and buy a box dye and do it yourself. You’ll get a better result. Read Less

I had a terrible experience with tape extensions, I had them all over my head and they were clamped/melted into my hair. Georgia worked for ages to get them out of my hair gently and without damaging my hair. Absolutely love and would recommend any girl to see the girls here x Read Less
