i absolutely hated my entire appointment. So disappointed i had literally just clocked out of work to relax and get my nails done the way i wanted, and just relax and pick out a nice color. Nope Kim ...
i absolutely hated my entire appointment. So disappointed i had literally just clocked out of work to relax and get my nails done the way i wanted, and just relax and pick out a nice color. Nope Kim rushed the entire appointment i had clean nails nothing on them at all hadn’t had them done in three months. She wouldn’t let me get the shape i wanted even tho she had ͏Cut them already shorter then i wanted my nails. i said im sorry but is it too late to start over even though ...i kept saying that’s pretty short, all i got back was “yes it’s too late” again im paying for this i couldn’t believe how i was being treated i truly should have walked out then and there.. My nails are disgusting and im embarrassing i have to work where people see my hands i will make sure people don’t go there when they ask me about the nail salon in the shopping center i work:))) See More

I got a 19minute pedicure that resulted in a bleeding toe. I didn't want to create a fuss so, I called when I got home. The young man who runs the desk was dismissive of my still hurting toes and said I should put something on it. I suggested that if the young woman hadn't gone so fast, this may not have happened. He said if what you want is your money back, it is not going to happen. My opinion is that this place is not the best place to go.

I am never used to leave any bad reviews. But this is absolutely the worst place ever. Worst service. Don't ever go again. The lady totally don't know what she is doing and super rude.

This is a nice salon. Very clean and efficient. I ran into a guy who used to do my nails years ago. Now when I go back I can ask for him. Tan. Thank you Michelle. Their prices were higher than listed on their website. That was the only complaint we had.

I have been going here for a few months getting waxing and pedicures, I've had a few bumps in the road with the guy that sits at the counter he's rude but I just ignore him because I was happy with my period and waxing, well my last appointment I had for my wax I will never go back. Got a horrible burn on a couple places on my chin and I'm by my forehead I went in and showed them and he looked at me and said what what's wrong, when do the size and look a little closer and said I don't understand. WTF. I've been made him touch my face and he said oh it looks like she tore it off too hard have you been using aloe vera really???? My face is tore up didn't offer any kind of sorry or can I offer you another job for free or my money back just play dumb and that really pissed me off. I'm going to post a picture in the comments space below.

At first very nice then had the worst experience of my life and I was a manicurist for 15 yrs ! Anthony needs to learn how to treat woman with respect them extremely rude . We have our nails done to go and relax not come out upset and hating the whole experience. It was not a lack of communication they just stick together in stead of saying I'm sorry I guess that's a hard word for some people I will be the first to say I'm sorry if I'm wrong but I did nothing wrong will never go back I'm not stupid they thought it was funny or at least Anthony did when my daughter called and cancelled my appointment for nails and pedicures he asked for who when he heard my name he hung up on her rude again to bad nice salon but going down hill having him at the desk !

Ended up running behind for my daughter & my own appointments together-called ahead and they made it work for us not to lose our spots- while working diligently to not impact the other standing appointments- they were so thoughtful and kind even though I am sure we were a complete inconvenience to them- Rachel did an amazing job on my nails and even helped me find a better too coat polish for what I wanted for my final look- all while on a time limit- Kim, Nick and an additional woman all worked with my daughter (9yo) to make sure she still had a well rounded experience and answered all of her questions- and she is an extremely inquisitive child! Could not have asked for a better experience today! Thanks again!!

I've never written a bad review in my life. But this place takes the cake. The worst place in Adelaide for manicures and pedicures. Got a Shellac manicure done there and it lasted only 4 days. Went back and asked to get it redone, but they took no responsibilty. Told me if I didn't like it to go somewhere else. Rude and totally unprofessional. It is cheap there, but like my mother always told me.... You pay peanuts, you get monkeys. I would not recommend this place to anybody!

I got a 19minute pedicure that resulted in a bleeding toe. I didn't want to create a fuss so, I called when I got home. The young man who runs the desk was dismissive of my still hurting toes and said I should put something on it. I suggested that if the young woman hadn't gone so fast, this may not have happened. He said if what you want is your money back, it is not going to happen. My opinion is that this place is not the best place to go.

I have been going here for a few months getting waxing and pedicures, I've had a few bumps in the road with the guy that sits at the counter he's rude but I just ignore him because I was happy with my period and waxing, well my last appointment I had for my wax I will never go back. At first very nice then had the worst experience of my life and I was a manicurist for 15 yrs ! Anthony needs to learn how to treat woman with respect them extremely rude . We have our nails done to go and relax not come out upset and hating the whole experience. Ended up running behind for my daughter & my own appointments together-called ahead and they made it work for us not to lose our spots- while working diligently to not impact the other standing appointments- they were so thoughtful and kind even though I am sure we were a complete inconvenience to them- Rachel did an amazing job on my nails and even helped me find a better too coat polish for what I wanted for my final look- all while on a time limit- Kim, Nick and an additional woman all worked with my daughter (9yo) to make sure she still had a well rounded experience and answered all of her questions- and she is an extremely inquisitive child! I've never written a bad review in my life. But this place takes the cake. The worst place in Adelaide for manicures and pedicures. Got a Shellac manicure done there and it lasted only 4 days. Went back and asked to get it redone, but they took no responsibilty. Told me if I didn't like it to go somewhere else. Rude and totally unprofessional. It is cheap there, but like my mother always told me.... You pay peanuts, you get monkeys. I would not recommend this place to anybody!
