Zero stars!, my SNS nails chipping, cracking & braking after 1 day, made an appointment to get them redone & I was told on arrival to come back in 10 minutes. After returning in 10 minutes I was tole to wait another 10 minutes. I asked to speak with a manager, no 1 was available & that a manager would contact me....they haven't and this site is the only place that I can make a complaint. Currently looking for a new nail salon after going to this 1 for years.......I won't be back! Read Less

This place is terrible. Seriously, save your money and go to a local kindy and have the kids do it for you instead. They will do a better job. I got SNS. She hacked off my acrylic nails without using any sort of acetone or remover. Literally hacked them off with nail clippers and a false tip to get between my nail and the previous acrylic. Ripped half off to the nail bed off 3 fingers. I don’t usually get my nails done. I assumed they weren’t supposed to be so heinously violent when taking off old acrylic, but bit my tongue. She then did my nails (sticking on fake tips as she had ripped most of my natural nail off) and the SNS was lumpy, miss-shaped and uneven. I then left because I was in complete horror and thought maybe SNS is just HORRIBLE! After being advised by EVERYONE who saw my nails after, that they did a horrendous job. I went back and asked if they could fix them and gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was a once off thing. They were disgustingly rude and refused, saying that “they are how they are meant to look”. I’m appalled. This place should be shut down. So unprofessional and terrible at their job.
