Kevin and Jenny do amazing acrylic nails. I tried a few places around El Cerrito/Albany that were very under par. This place is the best hands down.

Not a good experience. Overcharged me $30 to which they tried to convince me to get store credit, and had to repeat 3 times at what nail colour I chose. They also gave my friend the wrong nail colour ...

SNS didn’t last 2 weeks before snapping and chipping off, I normally go 4-5 weeks and rarely break nails now I have 3 broken and need to redo. I don’t think they use all properly branded SNS either which probably has something to do with it. They looked nice when I left (though a little thin) and the lady who did them was polite but I won’t be back, the salon itself felt super unhygienic and I hesitated as soon as I sat down. I would recommend popping around the corner down James Place for a better job.

Possibly the worst nail salon that I have been to in my whole entire life. I guess because I only chose a regular manicure which only brings them $20 revenue. Absolutely money wasted and I should have done the manicure myself. 🤣🤣🤣 Oh and the clear nail polish coating that they did yesterday to my nails, some of them peeled off on its own, believe it or not! So in the end, I had to peel all of them TODAY ~ it sure wrapped up the whole experience and once again, the worst.

don't think i've been here once without one of technicians cutting me in someway or another, when i am noticeable in pain they blame my thin nails. Nails always look great though.

have always come to this nail salon and Jenny has been the one to get my nails done. Today when I came in at 6pm they were about to close and the staff that helped me out was rude and all of a sudden ...
have always come to this nail salon and Jenny has been the one to get my nails done. Today when I came in at 6pm they were about to close and the staff that helped me out was rude and all of a sudden started speaking in their language about me. I know this because the lady that was getting my nails done turned around and said "my co-worker says that you don't like her" I told her that it wasn't true and that I didn't even know her co-worker. Since then the service started to ...be very bad. I got a pedicure and the lady didn't give me the slippers after my nails were done, she said that I didn't need them and that I was okay to put my shoes on. I asked her if she was really sure about it and she said yes go ahead. When I came home and took my shoes off my nails were messed up. I also got my finger nails done, the lady didn't want to cut my nails I had to ask her repeatedly to get them shorter . She didn't polish my nails well and you could see the fake nails from the edges. She then charged me 80 dollars. I was very surprised. I told her why it was 80 and she said 40 for long nails (when I repeatedly asked her to cut them her shorter). I said that I pay for manicure 35 with Jenny and she responded in very rude way "come when Jenny is here then". I will not be coming back here anymore. I am paying to get a good service, not to get harrased by a rude staff See More

I'm very satisfied with my gel acrylic nails. They have the color changing polish which I was happy about. Decent prices and fast but good service.

SNS didn’t last 2 weeks before snapping and chipping off, I normally go 4-5 weeks and rarely break nails now I have 3 broken and need to redo. I don’t think they use all properly branded SNS either which probably has something to do with it. They looked nice when I left (though a little thin) and the lady who did them was polite but I won’t be back, the salon itself felt super unhygienic and I hesitated as soon as I sat down. I would recommend popping around the corner down James Place for a better job.

Possibly the worst nail salon that I have been to in my whole entire life. I guess because I only chose a regular manicure which only brings them $20 revenue. Absolutely money wasted and I should have done the manicure myself. 🤣🤣🤣 Oh and the clear nail polish coating that they did yesterday to my nails, some of them peeled off on its own, believe it or not! I'm very satisfied with my gel acrylic nails. They have the color changing polish which I was happy about. Decent prices and fast but good service.
