Jessica Morgen- i think it is shameful that you have blatantly lied in defense of the salon. i was also present when Danielle made it very clear that she didn't want pink. the nail tech even went and got another folder of colours as the first was full of pink. I even heard when Danielle she politely said after the first nail that it was the wrong colour that it was too pink. she was very clear on needing to be out by 2:15 latest, this was the excuse used not to change the colour. it was only when the second lady went to help on the last coat that another colour was offered when Danielle clearly stated that she did not have time but that the colour was not the colour she chose. Given they knew she needed to be out - hence the reason the second lady took over they should have offered to correct the colour when she had time to come back. As for your comment that she walked out like everything was ok, this is definitely not correct. she was clearly unimpressed the entire time her nails were being painted PINK. and left in a rush. Reviews are not for keyboard worriors to attack another persons review, they are for reviews and by all accounts Danielle's review is factual and any good business should take a review like this and learn from it. There were a number of us in the store that witnessed this event. I think Danielle was quite polite by allowing them to finish her nails after making it clear they had used the wrong colour. even stopping them to check the colour number she had chosen compared to what they were using, this definitely displays that she did not just sit there and let them paint all 10 nails without saying anything. Great and Friendly Staff, Doesn't mean you have one bad experience they the worst salon in the region get it right (TJ Brice) oh by the way it wasnt you who had the service. They do try there best to be on time with appointments but no one is perfect. they ran behind many times with me it just how it is at least they produce good quality nail that last long. Read Less

Do not go there! Worst salon in the Adelaide region!!! Georgia Dilena (my partner) went to your harbour town store and had an appointment for 4:45PM so she got there at 4:30PM and was sat down by staff. she waited there until 6:00PM until someone FINALLY askes if she wantes her nails done, which was way too late by that time. Got shellac and they overcharged me by $20. Lady asked me if I wanted to payWave and I did and didn't realise she charged me $50 instead of $30 until I got home and checked my bank account. Tried to email and call but no reply. Was overpriced anyway for the job they did. Shellac chipped on the top after only 2 days. Not going there again! Read Less
